Jhalmuri is a popular Bengali street snack, made of puffed rice and an assortment of spices, vegetables, chanachur, and mustard oil. It is especially popular in Bangladesh and in the neighboring West Bengal state of India.
This is Lokman, the most famous and well-known Jhal Muriwala of Dhaka Shishu (Children) Hospital area, Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. His onion, tomato, pepper, and coriander cutting skills as awesome as the taste of the jhal muri he made!
