HI Amy. Just discover your channel and I must say your garden is just beautful. Love all the beautiful colours and varieties of plants you have going on.
Dear Amy, beautiful garden, we truly appreciate your hard work. But the peachy long plant is not a plox it is a foxglove. They are biennial, in the fist year they don't bloom, in the second year they do drop they seed and the two year cycle starts again. Those seeds need stratification to wake them from dormancy. Many perennial seeds or biennial are like this. Also any gardens favorite is the milkweed. Best to plant those seeds in the fall. Best wishes
I've noticed that in my area, powdery mildew tends to appear around fall time. Maybe from higher moisture from lots of rain etc. Rose tags came with the roses when I purchased them.
I don’t have a preferred brand per se. I usually buy any that is available from my local garden centers. I try to use ones that are specific for roses, but if those are not available, I pretty much just use regular fertilizers that are designed for flowering plants. I hope that helps.

Maybe the plants with the powdery mildew and other issues need more air circulation? Where do you get your rose tags?

Friend, what type of fetilizer you are using? Care to share the brand? Thanks
