Might trigger some MH fans, but I tried playing FU like 4 months ago, and I couldnt even get out of low rank cause it was so boring and clunky. Fighting sand sharks that dont actually wanna fight was especially one of the moments where I had to ask myself why I was playing the game and not world. Also HH is such a downgrade which I guess is to be expected in one of its first iterations. Sadly I didnt have the nostalgia to push me through it like most people seem to.

Your content brought me back to when I was at my primary school, bringing my psp, and play mhfu with my friends. It also reminds me how mhfu broke my friendship (we was fighting ukanlos when I fainted 3 times and then everyone just hated me) lol what a childish act but thats childhood. O those memories
Putting together my love for MHFU, my love for Stardust Crusaders, and the relatability of the moment when lavasioth does the jump-slam made me die laughing at 2:07
It's so nice to see mhfu getting some love after all these years, I remember playing this on launch and unless you where a fan of the series already this absolute gem of a game went unnoticed, and is still my favourite entry into the series today.

Watching your videos makes me want to play mhfu, but then I remember that I lost my save file for the third time.
in my HVerse days, I found out I can stay on a specific spot during Lavasioth quest (as a gunner). Still risky but it ironically made the hunt easier (just like the hunter in the vid)

I started playing again and while I know I'm using the ppsspp to up the visuals, the game still looks damn good for its age. The low poly textures on monsters work exceptionally since they move around so much.
This, Imo, is peak MH content.
