Back in July, me and a lot of others went to this Quadren in Mt. Prospect. It was rumored that the whole system would be replaced in August, but as of December, they haven’t been replaced yet. In the end, the system will likely be replaced for better sirens, so I’m glad I recorded both while I could. Overall, it had the same loudness as the other one, and both being no louder than a EOWS 612. Thanks for watching and I hope you guys enjoy the video!

They are. Under ACA they were called the Quadren and were part of the Alertronic series. Under ASC they called them I-Forces.

UPDATE: Found out from SirensOfAustralia that the Lions Park Quadren got replaced on the 20th of May, no now there is only 1 Quadren left in Indian Grove.
Still have not been replaced eh? Well I wonder if they are ever gonna do it cause its most likely they are not gonna fix the issue. Also if I was able to, Id wish if/when they do, I could own one of those. (Someone maybe is doing it already) But otherwise good video! I just wonder how many other Quadrens their are (Not just in IL)
Edit: I just realized this was not taken this month, my bad! I still do wonder if this siren is still in place

Nice to hear that these are still up. I'm willing to bet money that the replacement plans were delayed because of COVID and shortages of literally everything, lmao.

This siren looks like an ASC I-Force, Whelen WPS sirens and kinda like a Federal Signal Modulator.

Wrong, the Quadren was made by ACA, long before the I-Force. The Quadren was rebranded into the I-Force when ACA became ASC, before being replaced by the current I-Force. Whelen did the stacked cell design first.
