These are the unsung heroes of NASCAR. Never get any of the attention, but have such a crucial outcome on a race. Love seeing the crews get highlighted

They're not former athletes, they're still very much athletes that are an essential part of a sports team.

A good friend of mine back in the mid nineties tried to form a all black pit crew. It was a great vision for us at the time when I was working at a historically black university in Fayetteville NC. We traveled to Rockingham , Charlotte, Darlington, and one more track, pitching our Pit Crew Team. At that time Buddy Baker's Dad, Buck, was holding one of those driving schools at Rockingham. He nodded his and agreed it was very noble and wished us luck. Couldn't get a bite- so good to see this happening finally in the sport. We can't be divided today - this political rift that's happening in our nation most not consume us. We are one nation under God, and are called to act like we know

Love it!! Shoutouts to the teacher who brought the Black athletes in. Could be our real introduction to the sport.

NASCAR needs to slow down the pit stops. They are trying to be F1 and they need to be NASCAR. It is such a boring thing to watch because pit stops no longer matter the way they once did
