Clay pot prawn Glass Noodles Recipe 酒香明虾粉丝煲
This is a great one-pot meal that is cooked in minutes yet packed with flavour! Think ginger, garlic, Shao Xing Wine, Spring Onion and Cilantro. It is one of the most popular dishes at seafood restaurants.
Ingredients 材料:
Prawn 250g 带壳明虾
130g glass noodles 东粉
Ginger 20g Slices 姜片
Garlic 7 to 8 cloves 蒜粒
Spring Onion 4 to 5 stalks 青葱
Coriander 3 to 4 stalks 香菜
The sauce 酱汁:
Light Soy Sauce 2tbsp 酱油2汤匙
Sugar 2 teaspoon 糖 2茶匙
Chicken powder 1 teaspoon 鸡精粉 1 茶匙
Oyster sauce 1 and half teaspoon 耗油1汤匙半
Dash of White Pepper 胡椒粉少许
Salt ½ teaspoon 盐半茶匙
Sesame Oil half teaspoon 麻油半茶匙
Corn starch 玉米粉 半茶匙
Other ingredient:
Cooking Oil ½ Cup
