Hit the enemy with 2 basic attack ( 1 for the passive and 1 to remove 1 weakness ). Then throw your 1st skill perfectly and if you're positioning and timing is correct you might have a chance that your 1st skill can remove the 2 weakness and activates your ulti. But if that didn't happen you can use your 2nd skill cause remember Wanwan's 2nd skill cannot only remove cc but it can also remove 1 weakness to the nearby enemy in it's range.
