I LOVE when Ray does that. One of my biggest gripes about Ray (back when he first left AH) was his inability to even give games a chance. He didn't care about story in the slightest, any game that was more about story or even characters, he just wouldn't even try. Now he loves Yakuza, and he has even recently talked about playing Dark Souls again. It's so awesome to see him appreciate games more now.
@@Dorraj Yep. On another video I made a joke comment about Ray hating any character that had more than one line of dialogue because he just wanted to play the game

besides undertale, this is the best stories that could only work in video game format.
Forgot about rays Trover saves the universe statement here, kind of makes it ironic that this came after that comp. not complaining just think it’s funny, love all of rays content haven’t caught more than maybe a couple streams but yeah keep up the great content
He also did this with Dark Souls (during his first Cuphead playthrough), and guess what he ended up playing months later xD

Thanks for the reminder on this playthrough. Loved it at the time and all the humor. The people who wrote all the dialog must have had a great time because it's good stuff.

It took me too long to realise they are called Phobe-kin, like Phobia. My brain was set on accepting Ray's pronunciation xD
EDIT: Is the cap on the shards 4988? or is it just coincidence he finished the credits at the same amount he spent on the money wrench?
I assume the game just detects how many shards you have and makes that the cost of the wrench
