OK, after I continued watching I had discovered the price. Not sure if it is authentic Rosewood given the cheap price. Of course, they are going to say it is rosewood when in reality it may not be. But then it may be real rosewood after all and thus you'd have a bargain. One way to test it is to smell it. It has a floral scent hence the name

Do you know in Cambodia and Vietnam, they like to sell stuffs in very high price. For example, $50 price, they will say a hundred($100) or eighty($80) but when you walk away they call you back for the final price of $50.
