I enjoyed visiting with you while you get your glue book I was crocheting teeny little things. Your book is lovely as usual. Jayda Instiches has a tutorial to crochet to create a sturdy basket. She's an excellent teacher. I make crocheted dish rags. Jayda also makes round cloth for cleaning your face. She has a slew of great patterns and videos to go with most. Huge HUGS. Namaste 🐞💜🐞

I know how to make marbled paper. It may sound weird but stick with me….you spray shaving cream (cheap stuff from the dollar store) in a plate. Smooth it somewhat flat…It just needs to be bigger in diameter than the paper you are going to marble. Then drip ink (like ink you would use to refill an ink pad) on the shaving cream. Take a toothpick and gently swirl ink drips until its swirled but stop before it gets “muddied” then gently lay your paper down on the inked shaving cream…give it a gentle press to make sure its made full contact. Lift it off quickly with one movement. Scrape off any excess cream with something like a cake frosting tool…let dry. Repeat until with new paper until ink starts looking too muddy. It sounds weird but it makes beautiful marbled paper.

Thank you so much! I've made it with shaving cream before but this stuff is much different... The colors are so rich and vibrant!
