  • Driveway Dude Will shows you how to replace a H4 12V 55/60W dip/full(high) beam bulb on a 20010 SEAT Ibiza. This process may apply to other Volkswagen Group vehicles.
    This is a straight forward replacement and could easily be carried out by you.
    Please wear rubber/latex/nitrile gloves when carrying this out to avoid skin contact with the glass bulb which will shorten the life of it.
    If you are unsure what bulb your car takes, you can use a free online bulb configuration tool such as the one Hella provides: www.hella.com/M...

    Thanks loads. For some reason I was trying to take bulb and bulb wiring back box out at same time but clip was in the way. After watching ur video i realised how simple it was. Remove black plastic wiring first then clip!!!!! So easy when you know how. Cheers

    Is there much of a process to changing the bulbs to Xenon’s instead of the yellow glow?

    Helpful vid! Unfortunately the plastic holding the dust cover clip has broken on one side, any ideas for possible repair? Currently holding it on by wedging a tennis ball between the dust cover and the battery 😕

      You could get a replacement from a scrapyard or eBay.

      Hi, how did you fix this in the end?

    • @PenguinCatcher
      @PenguinCatcher Před 2 lety

      @@TheStreamReel Didn't, just using roll of fabric wedged between the battery and the dust cover

      Hi Dale. On this particular Seat Ibiza with the single beam headlight, they are H4 bulbs.
