Hey Tommy those cheeks are nice and have a little sweetness to them and you should give them a go a least once. I appreciate you brother.

My mom used to buy the cheeks and throats from Buddy Gandy Seafood in P.C. They were dirt cheap and considered "poor people food". They were amazing and we ate the left overs with eggs for breakfast. She used Zatarain's Wonderful Breading mix.

150% agree with you Kent. The sauce is solid man.. Thanks for taking a peek at it my brother.

I love fish cheeks! Bet that's Dynamite! Interesting to put egg in the tarter sauce... I may try that. I know you eat Grouper because that's what's available down there... but to do this same treatment with halibut cheeks would be insane! You ever get a chance to get some fresh halibut cheeks, don't think twice! Do ittttttt! Thanks for sharing Brother!

I’ve had halibut cheeks, not grouper cheeks yet. I suppose I will. The Tabasco Cayenne garlic is my daughter’s favorite and toward the top of my list too. Those looked great, so did your sauce recipe.
