Wanted to love you guys so much. I was so excited to try a curly girl extension company, but you have truly let me down. Now I’m stuck with extensions I can’t use and you have a customer service policy that refuses to work with me. If anyone else is reading this, PLEASE save your money and use someone else. Pour over every companies return policy BEFORE you decide to purchase from them. I have been buying clip-in extensions for years and I have never had to deal with anything like this. I misplaced the silver cord that is wrapped around the tester weft and they won’t return the entire package, even though the main compartment isn’t open and the tester weft is unused and in perfect condition. OVER A SILVER CORD!!!! Never in my life.
I was thinking about ordering these extensions in the spiral version. Can you tell me what you did not like about them?

yes!! my exact reason for buying the extensions too - the transition is so difficult and I do NOT like my hair short and curly --- waiting on them to arrive but am worried that my hair is too short and they won't blend properly.

Can you put your hair up or in a pony tail ?

Hi there, how can you be sure to be choosing the right color? If you already know your style. Is there a money back or tea if you got the wrong color?
And, are there any options of lengths that are shorter than 16 inches? If you only want about shoulder length, for instance.
I thought you were suppose to wash the extentions before putting them on the head?
That is definitely something we recommend doing - washing & styling BEFORE clipping them in! BUT, our extensions do sometimes work (unstyled) for wavy textures 😊
@@CurlsByBebonia Hi I have 2 colours in my hair, and I’m having a hard time to choose the right colour. Would it be a good idea to go with 2 alternate colours and also I want to get 1 pack of 18”, and 1 pack of 22”, so my hair will blend better, because my hair is shoulder length. It will give it a better layered look. Is there an email I can send to your company with a picture of how my hair is currently? I’m not even sure which curls to order. I would like to make an order asap, but just need a little bit of help to make sure I’m ordering the correct colours and curl styles that you offer. Hoping to hear back from you soon. Please don't put extensions in wet hair. Wet hair is the most fragile ... so cringe how you keep using your fingers to brush through thr curls.. seems to hold up fine though haha
