Great reviews. The Hermes dupe has been on my shopping list for a few months but I haven’t bought it for the exact reason that you mentioned - that the handles are too short to be a shoulder bag! I like top handles but it’s not always practical and if I’m carrying it all day, I want it to be comfortable!
