Not hardcore 1990, but more like techno/house 90/1991. Hardcore was from 1992 and after. Great tunes by the way, especially the Belgian techno ones (James Brown is Dead/ Inssomniak / Quadrophonia/ Rave the Rhythm...etc.). Belgian techno was fire back in 1991.
Hardcore was very much a style in '91 (and tbh '90 with some DJ's like Carl cox, Grooverider, Mickey Finn etc). In mid '91 you had the likes of SL2 and Prodigy high in the UK charts with breakbeat hardcore!
