Hii sir From the lost two weeks I was watching your videos it was so helpful for me and 2 days back I have taken my test and after all the verification is done and the exam was started and after selecting the first answer my screen was turned into a blank page and i was unable to move to next section and on the screen it was shown it was due to the technical issue and you can take your test for free but after again taking the test the same thing has been repeated and it was same the blank screen it was technical issue from the duolingo side becuase my brother had also got the same issue after me Does any of your subscriber or your student had this issue could you help me with this sir

Hello Luke, I'm Ram Uppalapati, I was facing the problem that was I took my photo and passport ID and submitted them during the exam , but the problem was It's asked me three times to resubmit me to retake my photo and passport ID because it was unable to verify my photo and passport ID even though I resubmitted them. After that, it was allowed me to write the test. However ,test was taken by me was fine. Again, after the completion of test it's asking me to resubmit my photo and passport ID. Both of them have their own difficulties, so taking the Duolingo exam without preparation is not adequate for achieving a high score.
