I've NEVER Seen a Stove Like this Before - $9 3 Burner Heads Dual Fuel Camp Stove - First Look

- This stove is crazy!
- Crazy Design!
- Crazy Low Price!
You may be aware that here on the channel I have reviewed many strange and different stoves; different in that they feature designs and features that aren’t common with the majority of stoves that are out on the market.
Today we are going to take a look at another one of these strange stove - it cost $11.28 and at that price it includes the stove, the case and a butane gas adapter.
The main focus of this stove is the design of the burner heads…that’s right, this stove has 3 burner heads which is exceptionally uncommon when it comes to backpacking / camping stoves.

The listing for this stove doesn’t mention running pure propane but I have seen other stoves that are identical to this one that come with propane adaptors. I found this same stove on Amazon for $30 but it includes one more adapter for propane fuel.
Your reply is THE reason I read 'em after watching videos. Having the capability to burn 3 different fuels is a definite PLUS.
23 btu output is twice the btu output of my Soto Windmaster, which I have no plans to replace.
Warm Regards from Reno, Nevada
I have the Amazon version. It is basically the same quality. It works great, and have the BRS-3000T single burner. It’s like night and day. Having no gage to measure the fuel consumption, I have to agree that this works for medium size pans and the BRS for smaller pots or cups.
I have this stove and can also hook up to propane. It’s perfect for the morning coffee emergency. I wanted something very stable. I put a small bush raft screen on it so small pots are stable.
I got the same one. when I tried propane with it, I got a flame 3 feet tall. scared the crap out of me.
@HerbertTOutdoors if you have a scale that measures grams. Measure the canister before and after your test.
Like it, bought it, £15 to the UK 😊
I really enjoy these reviews you do because they not only are good for the camping crowd but also for emergency preparedness crowd too.
I absolutely love this stove; it's a bit noisy, but that's expected from a company known for making airhorns for semis. I personally own three different models. Some may complain about the noise, and indeed, at maximum settings, it does rumble, and fuel consumption goes up. Yet, I've had no issues, even here in Colorado at 14,000 feet. Plus, Jetboil fans might be jealous of its size and the ability to cook more than just noodles and boil water (just kidding). The boil time is slightly longer than Jetboil's, but if you have time to sit with a Jetboil to boil water for coffee, you can spare an extra minute and save $90, in my opinion.
I've been using the single head one for more than a year. Works like a charm and hasn't given any problems. In my opinion, I prefer the single head to the triple head for more controlled gas consumption. I also use an adapter for spray can size gas canister to ease of packing. It's not your BRS3000 but when I cook outdoors, I don't want a tiny flame.
I have the same one that I have had on my boat, in salt water/air, for 3 years. I has never let me down!
Great review, Luke! Wow! For 11 bucks and change, it would be worth buying two of them, one for my backpack and one in my van. That adapter would come in handy as some stores are out of one or the other fuel.
A company called Bulin has been making these multi burner stoves for some time, from 1 to 9 burners in many configurations. I bought the 6800w(3 burner)version on a whim about 4 yrs ago from Amazon to use during times of winter truck camping/hunting, it's a gas hog for sure but I run it from a 20lb propane bottle so no worries. It'll go through a butane/iso canister pretty quick. This one looks eerily similar in some ways and use so, same mfg different name as you say? Thanks Luke.
The rubber O rings on the valve start leaking fuel after about 5 uses
Aah.
Yep I had this prob..Hose on fire.
Thanks for highlighting this, was about to buy this but I guess you pay for what you get
Thanks Luke! I just made a purchase! I can’t wait to put it to use!
I have the Odoland with the propane adapter. Works great!
Iv had one for years. Works great.
Thanks Luke; this looks like it is a great deal with good quality to boot!
thanks for the info. Its just what I was looking for.
I’ve had one of these for a year, it’s excellent.
Wow...great stove at an incredible price. That is crazy!
Nice stove. Thank you for showing it to us. Stay safe and stay warm
Looks awesome.
Giving it a shot, thanks 🤙
This camp stove looks good for the money. Thanks for the look at it.
I just picked up a 5 burner stove. This thing is a beast! Mines definitely not for back packing, maybe bike packing or a small 1-2 person day trip
another great review, thanks
For myself: BTUs do matter in colder weather. The 3 heads seem more likely to distribute heat across a medium-sized pot or pan. I really LIKE this one.
😮😊seems like a nice unit😊Thanks for sharing
cool i like now i need one
That is a really neat stove and you can't beat the price. Looking forward to future reviews. I really like the long hose. Thanks like, stay safe and God bless.
The hose sold me i hate stacking cups and pans to cook on an unstable base
Hello Luke, I enjoyed your video even though I don't camp. I think this stove might be something to have on hand in case of an outage. Also the trees behind you are beautiful, such a lovely time of year. Keep up the good work.
Just got the one from Amazon...looks exactly like yours from Temu...works great!
Sold under Odoland (brand name on side of igniter)
Pretty cool, I like it.
Thank you for the review. I picked up one of these on Temu because of it! It was a total of $17.58. The stove was $15.27 and the adapter $2.31. It didn't come packaged in a cardboard box but did have the same orange case as in your video. It looks exactly the same as your stove, orange gas block and all. The body and burner heads are stainless steel. The gas block aluminum. The only thing I noticed that wasn't stainless were the two screws inside the burner cup that hold the gas block to the body. On mine those were zinc plated screws. I measured them and they were M4x32mm. I didn't want rusty screws so I ordered some M4x30mm on Amazon and swapped them out. Even though they were 2mm shorter there was still plenty of thread to tighten down nicely. I suppose you could use M4x35mm and cut them if they were too long. At least the screws are now stainless steel as well. This should make a great group camping stove!
Great job, I like it so far
We seen you show this last month from AliX so we looked on there and ordered it. It was $21. And some change with shipping however it didn't come with the adapters even tho the picture shows it comes with it. Super happy for the stove and small and light and hard case going to be great for kayak/camp season!! Oh and it said it would not be here (Indiana) until after Xmas so super happy when we got it in just 3 weeks! Thanks for the review your awesome!! Requested the adapters from them but haven't heard back yet.
I have the one with the single burner. I bought it off of Amazon. It has worked flawlessly every time I use it. It is part of my portable coffee/tea kit.
Think about it: at normal terrain levels and temperatures, it’s a lot cheaper to get two of these that a Genesis Basecamp stove system
I do not see a fuel tube near the burners, so this is a warm weather stove. The reference to the wind and temperature cooling the fuel canister, indicates the issue. The canister stove fuel is a blend of gasses. The denser ones will be unusable in cold weather after the propane burns off. As we are going into the winter camping season, I bring this up. There are some canister stoves with a fuel preheater tube close to the burner. With these, one can invert the canister and use the liquid fuel, which the referenced tube will vaporize for burning. Read and follow the instructions to be safe.
I bought a similar stove with a propane adapter. I tested it out with both propane and butane and it boiled water fast. I do not have experience with camping stoves. I bought it more for survival purposes. I made the mistake of using a cup. It barely fit on the pot stand and as you said, the flames were going around the base of the cup and I burned myself. Lesson learned.
Interesting concept and honestly for a kit to keep in the car as part of your vehicle emergency kit couple this with the normal green propane tanks with the correct adapter would make a good kit that should fit into one of the larger camping cooking pans for storage.
I really like the position of the igniter and also like the long hose with the burner adjustment at the fuel bottle rather than on the stove near the burners.
This type of use weight would not be a factor but still overall a nice compact unit that does not take up a lot of space.
I see a lot of people commenting on added fuel consumption as compared to a single head stove and yes it makes sense the 3 heads will flow more fuel BUT what has to also be taken into the equation concerning fuel use is it will be running for a shorter time period to heat something to a given temp so total fuel consumption may be more equal between the two designs than one would initially think.
May consider buying one of these and giving it a try.
Love your videos as they really include budget items for the average guy to consider adding to their kit which may not see really heavy use but is still nice to have available.
Watched this and ordered one from Amazon £16 in UK. Got it and have tried it out. Have to say WOW, what a little burner. for the price and ease of use there are no complaints, going in the 4x4 vehicle kit. Cheers
Very cool
New subscriber here. Appreciate the work you're doing, your exceptional attention to detail and your positive energy!
Thanks for that review. My friend just bought that same stove in Israel. The store had no idea where it came from or the brand. They sold it to her for $25.00 as they were clueless as to what the real price was supposed to be and never received any information about it. I couldn't believe it when I began to watch this as we had just tested out the time it took to boil and how efficient it was. We were pleasantly surprised! Mystery solved!
Hi Luke!: I purchased one of those ones from Amazon with the extra stuff. But it was a Amazon Day deal and was less than $30. It came with an adapter for propane cans. I am sure it will run with one of those butane adapters, am going to try it and see how it works out! A real BEAST of a stove! Might try to boil water with all three different kinds of fuel to see how each one does.
Temu also has this stove at a very good price 15.00 smackers I just ordered me one.
Hi what it called on temu?
Hi Luke,, I do like that stove.. thank you for your reviews.
This really looks nice and at a nice price. 👍🏻
GORGEOUS views behind you...colors of Fall. I still haven't upgraded from wood burners, I just don't want to deal with buying and transporting the fuel and worrying with things like cold messing up fuel flow. The Skyemac large is killing it for me right now.
It’s a nice looking stove
I have the second version of that stove for quite some years. That still has more power than most stoves i came in contact with. My Go To, absolutely. Holds up very well. But who needs more power its brilliant to have the other option. My recommendations!
One thing to watch out for with these stoves is the rivet the holds each leg on, they're usually very weak but can be replaced with a nut and bolt
Just ordered one.
Awesome stove.
Looks like a good one here
I have a cls burner and have to say its never failed its not the bestess ever but it works when i need it
I have this exact stove except it has a single larger burner. I bought it because of the built-in windscreen and it works great. Its a bit cheap and takes up more space than I'd like but its very stable and you literally cant beat it for the price
If it’s a single burner it is not the “exact” same stove!
This is cool!!
bought it via provided link!
Got a stove exactly like that , good little stove
Very nice
I have the single stove and works really well. The wind does affect it a bit, but not really a problem
QUESTION: How adjustable is the flame? My biggest complaint with most backpacking stoves (even the high quality ones) is that they're basically afterburners only good for boiling water. Finding a good quality stove w/ ADJUSTABLE heat to actually cook on backpacking trips is challenging!
I have one of these, you can adjust the flame but it kind of works like this:
10% on = 10% power
20% on = 50% power
30% on = 80% power
35% + = Full power
I'm in the market for another outdoor stove. I look forward to the stress test on this.
Paleohiker MD got it first. Stove guy ftw
i have the very same exept it onely has one burner,it works great
Coolness!!❤
Pretty neat. Great content as usual. A side note, wind does not affect the temperature of inanimate objects... tables, fuel canister, glasses etc. What was likely happening is that the extra fuel flow caused the canister to cool quicker than normal which made it look like the wind was cooling the fuel canister.
Really like the reviews! Keep them coming! Thanks!
That had to be untrue, A wind that is cooler than the objects it is passing over, will leach heat from them.
@@CrimeVid if the object is warmer than the ambient temperature, then yes. But once it reaches ambient temperature, it won't cool anymore because of wind.
@@nabob14 Of course not, just replying to a ridiculous statement.
@@CrimeVid I replied to a ridiculous comment as well!
i have had this stove for over a year now but mine came with the propane adapter. Its a great stove and fast!!
“Spread the legs apart” had me laughing 😂
Yay 😊. I bought this stove
I use this stove and have used it multiple times and had no issues with it in Australian conditions
The wife got me the 1 burner version a few months back. It’s great. I use the propane adapter. I got mine from Amazon for i believe under $20.
Luke, I like this stove and the price is a nice surprise! 🔥
Like that stove. Thank you for mentioning about a small product not being able to cook or heat on the stove because of the size.
its a welcome deal
Got mine!
I like the way the heat looks like is spread out. Like it would cook meat more evenly.
Thanks, just bought one on Amazone. AIROKA 3500W Camping, $23.99 No propane adapter. Have a mess of them already. Wound up paying $11 with discount.
I bet this stove would be nice if you're planning on cooking since it would distribute heat more across the bottom of a pan or pot
Bought 1 luke it's good
I have the same one and let me tell ya… best thing ever if you’re looking at minimalist camping
Just got this stove in mail today…$19ish after tax now,but still way worth the money!! This lil guy doesn’t allow you to see the power for its size in a video….this thing is a beast for its size! 💪🏻🔥
Sounds like the space shuttle taking off. Lol.
It’s on Amazon for about 24 dollars without the adapter and it isn’t listed as MSR but it does show up under 3 burner stove
Got an Odoland one, had it about 18 Months. Keep up Luke 🤣🤣🤣
I like it.. it would make a great stocking stuffer….
Wind does not cool the canister. It would prevent it from heating-up, but moving air ( = wind) of certain temperature cannot cool anything below that temperature, unless there is some sort of evaporation happening.
Well, the 32 buck Amazon version is RETURNABLE and warranted. Add in the extras and that's a freaking hard choice. In my mind, if it's a stove you will keep, grab the Amazon version.
Hi Luke, I found this stove with a single burner relabeled as Woods, a Canadian outdoor brand. Selling at 99 Canadian dollars at Canadian Tire, also woods’ parent company.
It would be interesting to know how the fuel efficiency vs output performance compares to other stoves. Also, weather or not a propane adapter would work.
I have that stove or least one very similar. It works very well! It cost me more than ten bucks though.
As always thansk for your review.
I wonder if you could include the amount of fuel used to boil.
Weigh the canister before and after... give a sense of how long the canister will last.
Honestly, for that price, who cares, but it would be just another comparrison.
-Matt-
The single burner version on Amazon does have the adapter advertised with it.
There is one with 7 burners from bulin for a C note. At a weight of 4 1/2 .lbs not sure why they call it a back pack stove unless it's a pack on the back of a mule.
Luke, BTUs do matter. I camp at 7000ft + elevations and cold and windy weather. Lower BTUs stoves takes alot longer to cook or not even at all. Also when it's windy, it is almost impossible for the flame to reach the pan.
Stove looks promising for sure.
We will see
I got one of the Amazon stoves for a little over $30. It is the exact same stove. The propane adapter and the windscreen are worth an extra ~$20 to me. Everything that I have runs on propane and I don't want to have to store different fuels if it can be avoided.
TEMU has it. Pardarsey 5800W Windproof Camping Gas Stove but it is $20.38. I'm pretty sure it is the same manufacturer. Even the storage box looks the same. It's 60% higher price.
I guess there’s no preheat tube? Not really set up for winter?
There are several models of this basic model/styling (one burner) available, I had an OK one, that stayed with my daughter, and a basically useless one (huge flame only) in my garage.
I like the unique 3 burner config, the price, and the dual fuel capacity of this stove, Luke. What I do not like is the inability to use small cups/pots effectively and the possibility that this stove might burn through fuel faster than a single burner one. Not to mention I have to buy this from a Chinese Co. and sites. If I had not already bought an Msr Whisperlite years ago, I might have considerd it. But since I have, and considering the cons, I believe I will pass on this one until I get an RV.
It's cool. Don't need it but you never know.
I got this stove its a great stove for the money.
