Beautiful build. Better get to work on mine. Ron
Awesome result. Looks great.
Angelo, how did you get sooooo good at this? Is it a matter of experience, learning from others? Pure talent?
The Cadillac looks great
Real cool build
Beautiful work Sir, God Bless
That’s beautiful
Nice job.
Beautiful brother keep up the awesome work
Happy New Years, Angelo!! Looking forward to more builds in 2018!!
A very classy build Angelo! well done.
Simply awesome...👍 (Happy New Years to you)!
Porschedude8 and to you also!
Awesome build and video bud, I love the hands on time lapse video! Like Bigeddie says in the video the car looks like a deep gloss purple, but in the stills it looks more like a semigloss black... Huh, Super cool build either way brother!!
Whiteys Workshop yes the color is tricky in light. It is all a uniform color and is glossy. My photos are also taken in a photo booth with light filters which affects the color. Thanks for checking it out!
Nice!
it's pretty cool
very sweet build looks flat finish in photos but in video it looks purple
Very nice build Angelo. Just stumbled upon your channel. I just subbed.
Fabuloso!! :)
Very, very nice! The finish has just the right shine, not too shiny, perfectly in scale. One question - did you consider other color options for the top? As I map out my build I'm exploring a leather/canvas look, much like the one you used for the seats. Once again, an excellent job.👍
Bob Young thanks, I knew right from the beginning I wanted a white top. I think the color you are thinking will look great also. Enjoy,
Nice build ! By the way what's the name of the music at 8:01 ? It feet so nicely with your build.
the villa modeling thanks! I’m not really sure about the name of the song. It’s the music CZcams provides for use in your videos. Thanks again!
the paint is exceptional otherwise great would luv ta kwow the kind you choose on the final ballsy wit thhe convrertable top done in cloth thanks mod podge i dnt know
Love the way this model came out. I’m considering giving this kit a go. Could you please tell me what color Gold you used for the engine and other gold parts as well as the tan seats. Your videos are very well done and offer useful tips. Thanks.
garment18 hello and thanks. The gold is Tamiya X-12 and the interior is Testors flat interior tan.
@@AngelosWorkbench Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly. it's much appreciated.
One other question, is the black container with the needle tip Model Master Liquid Cement? Thanks again.
garment18 yes indeed it is.
lol was expecting to see the real foose eldorod... but instead i got a grown man playing with toys.
Good work.
Sorry, I have a question.
The white parts like the roof and the wheels, did you paint it? Or just leaved in white?
Arturo Cota no apologies necessary. I’m happy to receive and answer all questions. The white is painted. I have found that airbrushing white paint the result is very even. I used Tamiya acrylic white. Thanks again.
Angelo's Workbench thanks, sorry another question haha.
How can I make texture for the interior with white color?, I'm building a 68 dodge charger.
Arturo Cota haha no worries. When I’m looking for a little texture I spray from far away and the paint dries a little in air before it hits the surface. It gives a nice little texture. I also get great texture with krylon spray paint cans.
Beautiful looking job. Did you paint the roof what? Was that a gloss paint?
Why not use bare metal foil for the chrome. You mentioned there’s a problem if you touch the chrome after spayed, I’ve never heard that before.
Dave D I don’t recall what I used on the roof. It is a flat though. I do use BMF sometimes but I get better results with paint. The issues I mention is that with chrome paints such as Alclad and Molotow you can’t really touch them for a very long time and even after that they can rub off. Thanks.
Angelo's Workbench that’s a tip I’ve not heard before. I’ll be sure to keep that in mind when I work with them. I have noticed when you put down to much Alclad on the gloss black it ends up looking just like silver paint.
Dave D that’s true you need to only mist it on. Try the Molotow, it’s amazing chrome.
do 65 Corvette Sting Ray 1/8
I'm building one of these at the moment, using decanted Tamiya TS-53 as the body colour. How did you do the chrome on the dashboard? Did you paint this or use Bare Metal Foil?
Hi Brian. I usually mask and use a chrome paint.
@@AngelosWorkbench Thanks for the quick reply! What chrome paint did you use? That's something I'm trying to figure out, having not had much luck with Molotow Liquid Chrome, Alcad, or AK Extreme Metal Chrome...
@@briansrcadventures1316 I use spaz stix and it works pretty well. Surprised you haven’t had luck with molotow as that stuff works pretty great.
@@AngelosWorkbench Thank you, I'll have a look at spaz stix.
i was talkin bout paint
