  • Taradale Viaduct is a historic railway bridge in Victoria. The beautiful 1862 Taradale Viaduct is a 250 meter long bluestone and metal girder bridge that spans 120 feet over Back Creek. The viaduct was built by contractors Cornish & Bruce between 1858 and 1862, and is still in operation today, carrying both freight and passenger trains. Visitors can get a close look at the viaduct by walking the short pathway beneath it, located near the nearby Royal Oaks Park.
