i found 2 trees that the platform was at the same height and managed to make the treehouse v2 build twice for an even bigger base. Took forever tho lol

Syntac, I was playing this map since it launched and today I finally found a Amargasaurus saddle blueprint in a drop. So they definitely are available in drops
I find tons in drops in volcano biome
@@justawake4641 I found mine in the snow biome. But kind of close to the volcano biome. So maybe there's a correlation there

I played a good bit on the lost island, long enough for me to forget about the sinomocrops on my back allowing me to fly a little. A few days ago I was playing on abberation and stupid me thinking that I still had the sinomocrops jumped off a cliff to avoid a pack of Ravagers. I avoided the ravagers at least, but I did not fly lol. So when you were talking about how much the sinomocrops had helped you with your base I had a little laugh at myself.
I honestly love your videos so much! I hadnât played Ark for 2 years and started watching your channel again a month ago after having a break from the game and now Iâve spent 100+ hours playing it in that time hahaha. Keep up the amazing videos! đđŒ

Hey syntac, I have a video idea.
I think you should do an ark nuzlocke.
It should be something like "I attempted an ark nuzlocke" and the rules go: you pick a map probably the island because its the standard map and you can only tame one dino of each species so one dodo one rex if they die they die. So thus means that breeding is also not allowed which I know kinda sucks but it is what it is. Now your objective could be to beat up the broodmother the megamonkey or the dragon on alpha/beta/gamma depending on what you think. You could also increase the max level of dinos on your server to make it a bit easier or think of something else.

Idk how other people feel but I love long Syntac videos. I usually play ark while I watch because I'm kinda new. And I hadn't played Ark for about 5 months So watching you play lost island while I play lost island really Keeps me going
I dont like when people think that people put effort to their videos while in reality they kinda not except those that work hard for his/her fans. Syntac is one of the creators that actually does a lot for his fans. Building stuff on Ark is not easy compared to minecraft or other games. It could take hours or days or even months. Syntac earns my respect
Hey little tip, if u need stone, go to the castle at around 30 30 with ur doedec, there are like hundrets of Little stone rocks scattered around the place that I thought couldnât be mined but turns out each Little Rock gives you tons of stone and u can just sit in one place with the Doedec and spam click. U can easily get 100k stone there

Very cool Build. Unfortunately I am not on PC, but on X-Box. I wish there was an update that included the S-Building that allows some of the cool stuff. I'll still try to utilize some of the cool features you showed on my own Builds. Again, very cool Build.
Hey Syntac, they fixed the taxidermy things and fixed the dermises for the X and R creatures. They show properly now. They fixed the unicorn, but left off the horn... XD

Syntac: anyways, so I decided to build my own castle in survival, no biggie
There is black pearls in the lake just south of the volcano area and east of the snow area, when I got them there wasn't any dangerous dinos there either so if you need more I recommend checking it out
Tip for Equis taming eat a rare flower run through a 1 by 11 tunnel and block off both ends really quickly then remove the top roofs and then you have it traped
Itâs actually crazy to see how much heâs improved in building since I first started watching his vids

They probably didn't watch the video, and put this comment here BEFORE doing so. A lot of people comment before watching.

@@reecewheeler6696 It's really not that hard, I've built basses like that before. It all comes down to commitment and focus. I suppose it would seem impossible if you're thinking of official settings, but Syntac doesn't use those settings either.
New base is looking good. Iâve always had crazy ideas for building. And then when it came to the actual building, they always ended up basic squares. I never had imagination to make my ideas reality.
You should focus on fixing the castles in the fjordur series which is obviously gonna come in June. Btw the Castle looks Dope đŻ
If you are still having problems with the bushes or you have trouble in the future the maewing slam or belly flop is really good for clearing them and collecting berry
Hey Syntac Buddy!! almost missed this one. OH!! by the way, the Absolute BEST place for black pearls is in the tiny lake at the bottom of the "crescent mountain" near the volcanoes south side, but in the transition area from grass/volcano/snow areas. I get over 500 each haul :)

Syntac make battlements on the walkway by snapping ceilings to pillars to be off centre so their is a overhang
Next use doors and half walls snapped into each other for a battlements look

I think maybe add stone and wood pillars under the dino gates on the towers to make the walls less plain and also more realistic
Btw Syntac idk if youll see this but at coords 37 63 there is a lake with nothing around it that has a bunch of black pearls it has not jellyfish or megalodons and you dont have to fight any bats or spiders

There is a lake next to some geysers right between the snow, volcano, and meadows biomes with no hostiles and a bunch of black pearls

I'm fairly certain you have your Sino on auto screech and that is why the bats aren't attacking you. He will fear them.
About the tower thing you could make one of them a bit taller then the rest and put a few balista or something on it(or landing platfrom for favorite flyer?). No roof ofcourse it would still work asthetic wise i think.
When I first played the map I found a high level eqqus which was useful because it could knock out anything and they are fast

Funny how I built my base next to him on the other side of his little Island or whatever it is. Its just a base up very high and literally next to me there are a lot of metal nodes in a little cave. I always use the maewing to move up there or move down. Its my favorite tame basically since it makes the map Look small even though its massive. Being on the North side and riding on one of those to go south is the best thing. You literally need like 1 Minute to be there
Syntac there is a lake east of where your first base was where there are tons of black pearls with no aggressive dinos.
You could also find a looooot of black pearls on the lake at red woods, near the volcano lat 40 lon 64, somewhere near there, I don't remember exactly the coordinates.
Edit: forgot to say, they are superrr easy to get, there's no enemy in the lake.
If I were to make my own custom structure it would not take direct damage from explosives without penetration. You would have to for example damage it with a pike or pickaxe before a grenade or c4 will do damage, and it would require 55 hits to begin doing any damage, and only after that will each strike do damage. If you do not do all 55 strikes and then leave it alone for too long the counter goes down to 0 again.
Would have been cool if you had the CKF mod on & made the castle with their stuff, they have some amazing stuff.
However as someone who has made one properly with the CKF mod, I know how expensive it is due to the metal cost.
Totally worth it though. You did an awesome job either way Syntac.

You should add some Catapult and Ballista Turrets on top of the gate wall and a few on each tower.

Theres a lake at 38, 64 that has a lot of black pearls in the water on the bottom with nothing hostile in the lake. Other than wandering dinos nearby

Theres a pond with a ton of free black pearls south of the volcano where the hot springs/geysers are literally nothing in the water
The caves aren't bugged. Your sino scares bats away. And the last one you were in with the monkey wasn't bugged either. The monkeys just don't aggro much.
Yup. Just cleared 2 artifact caves without agroing 1 thing on a deinopithicus. Great for stealing wyvern eggs too

Found a great cave for crystal and oil in the snow biome. Big open mouthed cave, up from a lake. Can't remember exact CoOrds but there's a river running towards it.
Yeah I brought my magasaur in their and got 8000 crystal on official

You can tell the difference between an owl and an argy because of their wing movements. An owlâs go up and down while the argyâs go up forward down and back.
Thereâs a ton of black pearls by a hot springs area and itâs really easy to get
Yeah, about using an alpha rex to tame an amarg. People seem to think the "easiest" way and the "best" way are the same thing. Using an alpha may be the best way, but it's not the easiest lol

So, I was playing earlier today, during a swamp expedition I got leeched, as soon as I did I was swarmed by like 10 sinomacrops and killed. Just found it interesting that sinomacrops attack you when leeched

FYI, there is an even easier place to get lots of black pearls. Check the bottom of the small round lake by the geysers. Its all black pearls and there is nothing in that lake.
Do you ever think about taming some non traditional utility tames? I'd love seeing you go around on a Rock Elemental havesting wood and stone (they're really good at wood). A mantis would be really cool too.
Also started building my base on Lost Island i made it on a massive cave by a waterfall by the redwoods took me the entire day just to put all the foundations
