Today’s video I tried a new method (new to me) to achieve this perm rod set on wet natural hair. Usually I do it on stretched hair so this was a first for me! This is REALLY pretty.....bless your heart for having the patience to do it yourself. I've tried several times to do my hair this way as well as with flex rods and my arms will not allow me to be great. Before I can get to the middle part of my head my arms are tired and therefore I get frustrated and the pattern be all over the place. I gave up and said "yelp I'll just pay the girl that does my hair when I want this look"-lol
hahaha yessss doing your hair builds serious arm strength because it's tiringggg to style all this hair!

Love. I just want to know how these styles hold up to the gym and a heavy sweater.
i haven't worked out in a while, but in the past if you pineapple your hair the sweat will only affect the roots of your hair and the roots will get puffy. so it will stand up more than lay flat. but you can do the banding method at night to stretch out that shrinkage from the sweat!

Should have sat under the dryer one more hour when you woke up. And you should have used a curl pudding instead.
