As you can hear in my voice, I'm still a bit sick. But my voice is a lot better than it was starting out, so I decided to just go ahead and get this video out of the way. Nuxia only has 10 executions to work with anyway, so it wasn't too bad, although there were two moments where I really needed to cough and blow my nose, and you might catch those moments, but I hope not. Hahaha!
In any case, Nuxia was a fun one to grade! Her score was not what I expected, but maybe ya'll will? Let's find out!

There is a setting that is called
“Realistic flesh” it makes most of the non realistic decapitation executions realistic by not taking off the head.

Shamen Is going to have alot of low efficiency ones- and probably a few low lethality ones, But she's going to make up for it with cool factor and brutality
definitely lacking in efficiency, but high lethality for most of hers

Another thing I'm waiting for is how high hito will score in most of the catigories

I had predicted mid to high 70's and had predicted a huge factor for that would be the realism of using hook swords and how they're implemented. Cool though they may be, I was expecting realism and efficiency to be middling.

@dark star Yeah. I'm not sure why, but sometimes they just remove some things from executions. Probably to clear space for updates.
For the scissor execution, obviously it’s not how swords are typically used but if the swords were strong enough and Nuxia was strong enough I feel like this is theoretically possible since the hook makes it so that they’re each exerting an opposing force on each other and on the head. If you were to decapitate someone with a scissor motion, this would be the weapon to do it with.

Hope you do Warlord soon, as I think he had the most realistic executions, and a lot of cool ones too.

Hey, when you do shaolin, can you remember his foot stomp execution used to only break the neck and not destroy the head when it first came out?
Gotta say, this went better for her than I expected it to.
Just gonna guess, even though it's a long way away, but I'm betting that one of my favorite warlord executions will end up with 4 in each category except efficiency, which will be a 1. Not gonna say which it is till that video comes around though.
At least WL has a few worthy of 16 to me, like the one where he does two strikes and then cuts the throat with the shield (well, maybe not realism) and the one where Larry punches twice and gets stabbed in the back through the heart.
I remember when I bought the caltrops exe for nuxia it actually works as a deturent, because my friends are alway terrified I actually just threw caltrops beneath them to murder them
I think the efficiency on Bai Mao Nu should have been raised because even though she was dancing around him, her swords were up and easily able to guard an incoming attack. Certainly not a 4, but 1 seems a bit harsh. Yeah, she's showboating, but she isn't leaving herself as exposed as other executions with a similar score.

Hey, Raven. I honestly thought the one execution deserved a two in efficiency, yes she was mincing around her opponent, but she kept her weapons, and she looked to remain vigilant, yes, she was showing off, but she would've been ready for a sneak attack
Hey I know you’ve mentioned many times that efficiency is based on a battlefield setting and I agree that it should be held at that standard but I realised that Gladiator would be crippled because I mean…It’s kinda who he is as a showman so I think it might be a little unfair to grade him at that standard as well since he was never supposed to be on a battlefield. I’m kinda hoping he could be treated as an exception. Oh but that said Centurion is totally screwed lmao
Indeed, that will hurt for Gladiator. But then again...Shaolin has a weapon that I wouldn't call very lethal. Shinobi has a phsyics defying weapon. There are characters who are coming in with disadvantages. But I'll keep all things under consideration when I get to them.
In Glad's trailer, the narrator specifically refers to how Gladiator now has to fight for something bigger than himself, which means going to actual war.
Anyone else hear him call Nuxia Peacekeeper? Or am I just missing some sort of context

@@RavenKnightYT. Who is probably gonna flip the bird, for lack of a better description, at your Realism and Efficiency grading. I do wonder how you're going to talk about realism regarding the use of the Kama since the Kusarigama in-game is obviously more of the anime depiction rather than the real version, so Shinobi might actually test your sanity regarding realism and efficiency for the first time in the series since Orochi's neck snap.
After Shinobi it's gladiator maybe?

Roulete of ruin would be much better if she twisted the head to back at an odd angle, not decapitate.
then again, ubi likes their decapitations, which often don't make sense.
As someone above mentionned and as a Nuxia player, "short rest" used to decapitate but it no longer does. So I guess sometime it's a challenge to decapitate, and sometime it goes through like butter, and Ubi just toss up a coin.

I gotta say, this is the most I’ve disagreed with Raven since he started this series.
Why?
@@RavenKnightYT it just seemed like every execution that I actually liked got a low cool rating while the odd ones got high scores. Also most of the efficiency scores seemed odd to me because yeah she is “swinging the swords around creating a protective barrier” but her executions would get interrupted whenever someone held their sword out and even if the sword hit someone attacking from behind, there’s a huge chance the attack wouldn’t do much damage and the swords would just fall
@@jestaalchaosborne Another thing I feel that Raven misses is that in his own words "it's in the battlefield" So if she's swinging those swords around, there's also a chance she'd hit her own ally. I also disagree with a lot of his 'cool' ratings...but this time it was kinda accurate for me. Except Bi Mao Nu, that one sucks.
"A short rest" actually used to be a Decapitation, but Ubi changed it. And yes, I like Nuxia, despite playing her very little.
They have a habit of changing things. In black prior's "Mala Ultro Adsunt " execution, blood would appear on his hand and shoulder after slitting the throat. Ubi being galaxy brained, Removed that cool detail. Also Kyoshin's Strike and sheathe decap execution would have him flick blood off the blade, but now the blood doesn't Show up. He just does a Dry chiburi flick.
You forget the Valkyrie execution where the enemy would grab her chest before she kicked him in the nuts and punched him in with her shield.
