I was fortunate enough to stumble upon this again tonight. Can it really be over 10 years that I saw this live at The Beacon Theater? It was a wonderful night, and the group was really "on". Brian was a force in this second act. And, every time I see and hear Carl on the video screen I get all choked up (and always will). I know there were issues during and after the tour concluded, but I will always remember the way I felt that night. So glad to see Jeff again!L Miss Carl and Dennis always! Also - love the "All Summer Long/Help Me Rhonda combo. God bless Al Jardine - "Keep it clean with Al Jardine"!
Holy crap they did This Whole World and followed that with I Just Wasnt Made for These Times. Thanks again for posting. You made an old time BB fan happy with this.
If I ever get lucky enough to see The Beach Boys live, again, I hope John Stamos is busy elsewhere that night. I may be alone in that thinking, but he reminds me of the non-band member that shows up to the club with his own drumsticks in his back pocket ready to worry the Hell out of the band until he gets to sit in. I know he is an invited guest of Mike Love's, but I'd love to see a full night of John Cowsill on the drums!!!
He wasn't due to come onstage but the video-sync equipment for "Forever" didn't work, so since he was backstage anyway, he came out to help them finish the song. It was spontaneous. :-)
Dennis Wilson was forced into the group against their will by his parents. Brian is a musical supergenius, Carl was the high voice, and Dennis... held a drumstick. I know he was the only real surfer, and he was the one the women liked in the group. Mike, the cousin, was always the cool guy.
@@Piercejeans nonsense. If it wasn't for Brian, Mike would have been an out of work sheet metal worker, singing karaoke at the local Holiday Inn lounge on Friday nights.
I like how they kinda did hybrids of the 2 versions of both "Help Me, R(h)onda" and "Be True to Your School" (the latter having been performed in the first half of this show).
where is part one...???...hello... i saw this concert 2012 indio ca... 40 songs in 2 sets.. BW was havin a blast singing with the guys...he was trippin no doubt... whole band was happy to be there... david marks was kicckin as on guitart... great harmonies with back up band... indio ca...2012
wow this must've been a FANTASTIC show...am I crazy, or do I hear Carl on All this is that ?! Regardless, thanks for posting! That has to be Carl. Nobody else can do that tag like that.wow.
Sounds like Darian Sahanaja to me. I might have to go find other performances to confirm. Edit: Looks like there are few video footages of All This Is That, and those available all have Brian singing the Coda. So I'm just gonna assume from the delivery and the Carl-esque vocals it was Darian Sahanaja

Ever notice how Love always positions himself next to Brian, whether in a setting such as this or in a sit down interview or photo op? Reason is he knows all the focus will always be on Brian so he tries to grab some of the attention. Plus, in his feeble mind he thinks "if people see us side by side they will think we are partners, instead of me being the no talent cousin that I am."
Brian reacting to Bruce’s lead at 1:05 is priceless😂
This is really great quality for a. Audience recording in 2012
Gracias. Por. Su. Musica. Reanima. El. Espiritu. I. La. Memte

I'd like to see them skip playing "Kokomo" as well. : P

John Stamos is the tambourine, cow bell playing no talent hanger on to the BB as Sonny Bono was to Phil Spector.

Go Brian Go!!! I love David Marks and Al Jardine too!!!
Dennis. Forever young.
Best rendition of California Dreaming ever
I love this band. Me and my father grew up with this band
Fantastic show!. Thanks for posting.
Saw this show in St. Augustine & Virginia Beach. Next to '75 tour, it was the best show I've ever seen.

So emotional

Seems to me they started to play it, but then the video cut straight to "All Summer Long."
They did indeed play it.
ブライアンウィルソンの作った数多くの曲は何十年たっても色あせることはなくレノン・マッカートニーと並ぶ歴史に残る名作曲家だと思う
Was there, and at Jones Beach Amphitheater
way cool
add Brian's music to your life!
I have since 1963 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yuh

I’m not sure if you’re still active on CZcams.. but I would love to see the 1st set of this show.
Do you happen to have the first set?
Stamos, not a Beach Boy more a pestie boy. And to me Al Jardine has been a faithful band member.
Al Jardine was in the original group of five. He wrote a few songs. I met him in the seventies.

John Stamos???
