This was all filmed well before lockdown!
What lockdown?
@King Kong fishing will be allowed from Wednesday in uk cant waste time need sort the tackle out
Graham will you be venturing out soon or are you still gonna stay in?
Where in the uk are you from Graham
@@michaelberesford1811 Somewhere on the south coast, I think Selsey? Not sure though
7pm on a Friday currently my favourite part of the week.
I LOVE WATCHING THIS FELLOW HE IS SO NATURAL AND HONEST
"Bluefin Tuna, I don't know what I'd do if I hook anything like that."
In that boat, you'd probably get towed all the way to off the coast of Portugal Graeme! 😂😂😂
And what's wrong with that ??...A free ferry trip, plus Parma Ham and a glass of Red wine, pull into Lagos, release the shark, then straight out for a bit of White Marlin fishing...If that fails ,motor up to the cliffs off Sagres for a bit of epic reef fishing.
@@TAFishing What a trip that would be!!
Thank you for another entertaining video. 😊👍
@@TAFishing After all, that would be Totally Awesome!
@@TAFishing What's wrong with that is that you would be seriously lost. I think you would be hard pushed to find Parma ham sold in preference to the Presunto as made here in Portugal. A bit further East and you could get Jamón in Spain then across the Med to Italy where you will getyour Parma ham.
What a Totally Awesome set of videos you could make out of that journey!!
Its a good sign to see Tuna coming back, but for how long, I hope we dont get sold down the river on fishing by the government, then perhaps our fishing will return and shore anglers might see a fish.
Must have watched this 4 or 5 times and never get bored with it👍
Loving the noise of the water slapping against the clinker chimes
I feel a bit sunburnt from the day on the water with Graham SUPERB..
GB is really blessed with good fishing water around. With the gulf stream you get sharks and other more southern species. Plus you can fish all the northern species too. greets from bad old germany
"Apologies for my nails...", with your hands full of squid guts, love it. 😂😂😂
Plenty of fish and a very nice boat.
Thanks Graeme for yet another corker. I must admit that i like going Beer it's such a lovely little place.
I'm very late to the party at this place. I know they don't get huge fish (watch this space !) but it is an absolute gem of a spot and its the old clinker boats that i love fishing from. I have plans for Porbeagle and Thresher sharks if we ever get the reins on this awful virus.
@@TAFishing That's sounds very interesting i look forward to watching those films Graeme.
Great show Graeme, loved it.
Yep great video. I'm in the USA Tennessee we dont get to see those amazing wooden boats love to see the motor in this one. I'm and enthusiasts on wooden boats not many it Tennessee. Reelfoot lake in Tennessee Calhoun's stump jumpers I had the pleasure of renting them years ago in my teens . They were tough had to be stumps in the earthquake made lake hundreds of them. Cypress stumps they last forever in water. The stump jumpers boats were made out of cypress as well. You guys in the UK got some of the neatest boats. Small sea worthy ones your little yellow and white boat is awesome. Your a great fishermen down to earth old chap old salt of sea for sure.
Love watching your show Graeme. Can wait to get out there myself, been repairing my clinker boat while we have been on shutdown. I'm fairly new to fishing so really appreciate all the tips.
Late starting work because I’m glued to this 😂😂😂 missing me fishing 🎣
The hand line video never gets old where you throw your bait out and forget to tie the other end off 🤣🤣
Gorgeous boat!!!
That was a blast
Loving the videos Graeme, thanks for making them. :o)
No problem,I enjoy compiling them and getting all the different camera angles.Nothing worse than one shot with camera in just one position. But then I have always done photography for about 50 years.
That is a boat with a soul ,absolutely beautiful!Great days catch as well!
Exactly,a boat this old,50 years, has character and doubtless stories to tell. That's really why I like using them, plus the fishing is barely half a mile off the white headland.
Who needs the TV, please can you let us have a video of this quality and entertainment every night. Totally outstanding. Many thanks. MIKE. Norfolk 🐟🐟
Thanks 4 another upload!!!! Buzzing...cheers Graeme
not even started the video yet.but thank you.... 43 mins to forget lockdown!!!
A very productive day. lots of species showed up. Thanks for bringing us along. In other news it's now snowing in Western New York. I've never seen snow this late in spring. Take care. Smith out.
I hear its heatwaves in Phoenix Arizona and cold on the East coast What is that all about ..its May ???..we normally get New York's weather about 10 days later but I would rather it was kept your side of the pond if its that cold !!!....Stay Safe.
Really enjoyed that one Graeme, you reminded me of the old time "plate spinners", keeping every rod going and not dropping a fish! Well done mate.
My whole working life is like that....
Oh no...... Old classic boat. Love it. Just bought a timber classic last week. 25ft x 9ft Draws 3ft 6in and weighs 6 ton. Have not taken her out yet (Lockdown) but have started her up in the marina. Cant take much more of this, think I might blow up.
Thanks for sharing.
Sounds like 6-tons will give you a good ride out and being timber will be stable as well. Good luck when you get out.
Looks like a real sure footed boat
He reminds me of the cab driver in the Sherlock series "Study in pink" episode.
This fishing videos are amazing, can't get any more raw than this and still being so entretaining.. I let the commercials play for a while to help him financially...
As my teenaged shark fishing hero, I’m so glad to have found you making wonderful films showing the huge variety of fishing inland and around our shores - from dace to Galapagos sharks and everything in between. Thank you
I absolutely relish watching you're videos, as I find the content to be so relaxing and informative. Thank you so much.
Really great fishing video. I'm finding it more and more depressing watching these films with not being able to go out fishing myself due to the lock down. Appreciate the efforts in making these and keeping us all connected to fishing in some way until we can wet a line ourselves.
So pleased I have so many films in my files..I don't imagine other CZcamsrs have taken this trouble but I was an Angling writer/photographer for magazines since 1968 and know the importance of holding stock items for bad times and Editorial deadlines etc...Moire films to come.
Graeme, you caught more fish on this single trip than I caught last year!
Terrific vid, Graeme... Thank you, sir...A joy to watch and a great tonic.... Keep safe!
I think we've all got a telescopic rod like that, brilliant! This is my favourite type of video you do, nothing fancy just chilled fishing on a boat, can tell you love it too.
Nice one will watch this later when the wife falls asleep ha ha. She cant stand TA fishing but I love it. Keep it up!
mate your casting vids are awsome. keep it up
@@rallyeboy4 thanks!
@De Profundis ha ha
Hi Graeme, the videos you've made at this mark are bringing back childhood memories for me.
My mum and dad holidayed at the caravan park on the cliffs when my brother and I were nippers.
Can't believe that's 50 years ago, where does the time go?
Great video as always!
What a wonderful boat. Thanks T.A & Mr G.P as always another Awesome video.
Doing my best to hold everyone together.
great bit of coast that
Thank you Graeme! Keep em coming! You're providing me and my dad a valuable outlet...we love your videos
Feels like you are right there with him... Rather be there catching doggies all day than quarantined in the city ;)
Another incredible day on the water Graham .. Some beautiful fish as well.
Another enjoyable classic
spoiling us rotten with these cracking videos. Looked a great day out hope to have many of them soon! stay safe people.
Great entertaining video graeme, thanks for your time and passion making this video , cheers from Wagga Wagga Australia
Brilliant👍👍👍
Amazing vid mate, just realised that you remind me of Bruce Forsyth for some reason 😁
Well done mate your videos made me love fishing ive been watching for like 6 years
Glad you enjoy the films.I do my best...plenty more to come with all sorts of fishing.
@@TAFishing great news man keep it up its great fun best of luck from the isle of lewis👍

Nice video Graeme 👍🎣. Wicked variety of fish species 👍. The snozz and catch, was Awesome 👍😝
I love this vid! This is my local coast line. That little self drive boat hire service is brilliant! I cant wait to get out on my kayak!
looks lovely where is it
Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We can go fishing on Wednesday.
Great days fishing Graham. Hopefully Boris is about to tell us we can go out fishing again now 👍
This video just spared me a lot of trouble going fishing, now i can square with a box of fishfingers, thanks buddy.
Another great video Thank you for all the efforts to keep us sane
Doing my best..4 films put up last week..Will see what I can rustle up for this week if we are still locked up.
thanks graeme anohter great video to watch tonight hope you have a great weekend keep them coming
Plenty more films to come, all new,and as yet unseen.
Great stuff your great
Awesome as always!!! Extremely enjoyable!!!
Totally awesome vid, keep ‘em coming.
Recognise that coastline in Devon.Good size Bluefins caught in that neck of the wood in 2019 by a small boat angler so methinks you might be going there again ''kitted up'' maybe later this year if Boris lets you.
The ones I saw jumping were 3/400lbs . Might be a bit much in the old boat and slow engine though. Plus you are not allowed to target them anyway .
Hey Graeme great video as always mate, you really have a knack for catching everything.
I was inspired by a few of the CZcams fishing channels to get some larger hooks for my cheap Tuna/Shark rod & reel, I think I got a bargain with these Chemical Sharpened Hooks 72x Straight Shank 12/0 Nickle Plated Hooks + 50x Circle 20/0 Nickle Plated Hooks 71.85 AUD OR 37.82 GBP.
I only ordered 48x 12/0 Straight Shank & 50x 20/0 Circle but because I was charged double for shipping the guy gave me 24x extra 12/0 Straight Shank Hooks that were worth $5 more than the cost of the extra shipping price I was charged so I got a shit load of hooks. The 12/0 Straight Shank Hooks are roughly 85mm long x 30mm wide Hook opening & the 20/0 Circle Hooks are roughly 80mm long x 33mm Hook opening.
They're not Stainless, just High Carbon Steel that are Nickel Plated but I can soak them in a bit of fish oil when they are being packed away after use. I intend to use them with my Weiz 6'5" 2m Heavy Action 2 Piece Overbearing Fully Rollered 37-60kg / 80-130lb Overhead Big Game Tuna Boat Fishing Rod 1.6 Kg weight 110 AUD & PRO BEROS Aluminum DG50-II CNC Machined 2-Speed Fishing Reel, 38kg Drag, 0.8mm Mono 920m Capacity, 3.1:1/1.3:1, 1978g weight 384.99 AUD so all up the rod & reel cost me 494.99 AUD or 260.59 GBP.
Great video nice fish also. I'm probably much like you I much rather ocean fish even if it's just off a pier or off of a jetty then freshwater fish anyday. I guess it's just preference or what you're raised into. Also may I add great videos with great camera work and great audio much appreciated. I don't know too many people with experience that will go off coast solo like you do. Sometimes those are the best times fishing solo not having to chat or crosstalk. Keep up the good work your videos are always full of information.
Totaly Awesome Fishing Graeme, stay safe and cheers for the vids in lockdown. All the best from Downunder 👍
Nice episode of fishing to watch and relax
It was a fun day fishing with plenty of bites.
Excellent video entertaining and educational as usual thanks
Great video. So nice to see. I used to hire those boats regularly when I lived in Devon and Dorset until I was 30. Now I live in British Columbia - great fishing... but it’s just not Beer!
Hi Greame you seem to be on my local fishing grounds iam just a little further down the coast just past sidmouth I carn't wait to be there fishing after the lockdown but it seems that you on really woof woof ground 😂😂 thanks for the vids keeping everybody sane👍
Love Beer been going there on holiday with the family for the last 20 years.Allways plenty of fish if you can get past the crabs
Great day out, great video Graham
Nice old boat.
Great stuff. Always good to see you in Hemingway mode.
You have certainly got a lot of good footage to share with us during the lockdown. This video was one of the best, not only for the fish but also your sense of humour. Now that boat is just the right size for me, I just want something that would get me half a mile off shore. I could not cope with the amount of rods you use three possibly four maximum would do. I assume your fishing Devon South Coast where you've fished in previous videos. Thank you for posting.
love this place and will hopefully be the first trip out after lockdown
Where are you going to park ??? .........My car will be in the way !!!!!
@@TAFishing I only told you about beer boats last summer, you must have been out about a dozen times lol
And I'm going back to Weymouth pier with my pen rod
Just awesome, thanks,
Ohhhh Graeme. What's your secret? I hauled a collapsible rod out of the bottom of a lake that looked better maintained than the gem you found in the bottom of the boat. Salt water must be the trick. Entertaining as always!
that was great. Thank you
Brilliant as always mate
Thank go this was before lockdown, I was scared to death thinking I missed Mackerel season!
Probably some out there, the West Country usually has a run of Macks starting around 18th April. Then they tail off and main Mack run should trickle in around mid June. Who knows this year ? Recent years have been poor.
Ha ha. You would be a hoot to fish with. If ever you find yourself on the other side of the pond near Boston, look me up. Will take you striped bass and Tuna fishing.
Living in beer great to see the great village.
Hopefully be able to go back fishing soon. Thank you to Totally Awesome Fishing.
4 year ago I had hard times eye operation. Age 30 .
Totally awesome fishing, got me through bad times. But all ok now and got me back fishing 😁👍.
Stay safe down there.
Magic!!.
The best bait where I live is trout it will catch anything macrel dog fish polock I mean anything I think it's the shine of the skin and the sent
You should of got Smith to watch the other rods lol great video as always Graham I'm of down my local lake at the weekend remembering the 2 meter mark but it will be only myself on the lake as usual so no problem's there lol
Going sea trout fishing tomorrow
Good luck.
Another great video well done sir,,,
Maybe you should service your reels they do sound a bit dry of grease 👍👍
Brilliant video mate
awesome vids great boat only need a bit of paint greetings from the netherlands
Monarch of all you survey
They're waiting for you out there Graeme.
I hope they are lined up one after the other...To be honest I will just be happy getting out fishing anywhere, even if the fishing is poor.
@@TAFishing
One after the other? Sounds like a conger line at a party.
Love beer I grew up fishing on the self hire boats
Black bream is delicious
Dont tell everyone that though hehe
well some good news for us uk fishermen we can start fishing from Wednesday local pond for me

Great vid!!!!
Great video where are you fishing
Hi whoever reads this
👋😁👍
sup
You upgraded your boat...!...I like it...but then I have a thing for wooden boats
Great video (y)
H I Graeme another great film to keep us going through lock down, did you hire boat? where and how?
Yes.Hired off the beach.I pay £100 for about 6 hours. Not there in winter.Obviously no idea what is happening this year with lockdown going on.
Amazing, he's Stephen Spielberg now. How many films has he made before lock down.
Over 30 films on file..plenty more to come.
I read unlimited exercise as permission t o fish - looking forward to new vids from Wednesday?- posting this to other UK channels - cheers
Being that close to shore your cell phone should still work and you can google tide times at your location
