Fran is hands down beat female dunker ever , then Brittany. The girl Tobi is nice , has a tremendous game , but I suspect the calling her the best cause she's white. Fran would kill her in a dunk off , but I think her overall game looks better than Fran.

Watching this video made me realize that I'm a horrible person. I've never seen a women's basketball game but I have seen the movie Juwanna Man(however you spell it) as a child and for years I was wholeheartedly convinced that dunking was not allowed in a women's basketball game🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂.
