      That’s just how I get. It’s the yin and the yang of life. There is no joy without pain. There is no peace without struggle. There is no good without evil. It’s my favorite saying of all time. It is what it is….❤
      You were the person that introduced me to Marcus Aurelius and the ideology of stoicism and let me tell you some I just want to say thank you because I love it. I listen to it all the time it’s such an uncomplicated way of thinking about things and dealing with emotions.

    i miss my son terribly even though he’s still alive, he’s been diagnosed schizophrenia so i can’t even give him a hug 😢 “show me how to live”

      I have worked with boys who have schizophrenia we can speak briefly on WhatsApp if you like normally I charge for this but I'm happy to speak with you for a few minutes I have experience in this area I'm so very very sorry you're going through this

      My mother has schizophrenia. She was diagnosed when I was a baby or toddler. She is on the med Prolixin but she has gone off of it a few times through the years… not good. She lives a overall “normal” life though when on it. Is your son open to any treatment or it’s just beyond that for various reasons?

    This is excellent BUT in my circumstances it actually emphasises how impossible it is for me to heal. Sent me into the black hole of desperation of no hope. I'm sure it will help much younger than me who still have time to heal and live again. FYI every time you and others on youtube post help for mental healrh and say "it takes time", us old people hurt so much more because we don't have any time left. It would be kinder to do videos with the reality of old aged people trying to survive but failing. Feeling like i need tp throw up with distress as this meditation a
    Has the ezact different effect than you intended 😢😢
