Approximately how long does it take to build one of these townhomes?
It can take up to 6 months. However some builders have quick move-ins.

Greetings to you. Please discuss the price points with these homes. I'm sure you don't want people calling you for the price, only to realize that it is outside of their price point.

I paid exactly $458,459 for mines because I upgraded to the designer select 😎 hopefully that helps

you should have someone filming you as you walk thru these homes. By you holding your phone it's to much moving around with the camera ....We can even work together if you like.
