I love Jlo for all she represents. I was shocked and inspired to hear in an interview where despite her accomplishments in one arena she was discouraged from entering another I forget if it was movies or tv and she proved those people wrong by succeeding VERY WELL.

I got to say J-Lo is ageless. And she looks amazing and hot of course. She's a good example of someone that shows you that age is really only a number!! I mean J-Lo looks exactly the same as she did back in 1999 when she first hit it big on MTV! This is crazy! 2 beauties that never age in the entertainment/music business J-LO and Gwen Stefani.

I love Jennifer's energy!! She seems like a wonderful good soul. I love how she admitted on the breakfast club interview that she needs a break from dating. I hope she takes that break and just enjoy her kids and the album!
A wonderful good soul but a restless soul too. She is a Leo. And Leos are the serial daters of the zodiac (universe). They love romancing and being in love with love. And when they have a break up, they get over it and move on very quickly .... well to the next love that is. Madona is another Leo example. Leos also love show business .... it's natural to them. But settling down is kinda hard. They get bored too quickly. Similar to Geminis. Their positive attitude gets them through all the way. This is the Leo Year. lucky Jupiter now transits the sign of Leo so we will be hearing more and more about them. Their star is rising once again and more lovers are on the way. Easy come easy go ......

I went vegetarian, trust me, otherwise can't do it.
Eat eggs, Cheese, yogurt, fish
But, not all day long, maybe one of them once a day.
Went vegan my energy went to the ground, added bit of animal protein felt better.
that's how I feel too when I tried vegan i was tired and had dark circles i tried for a month. but I'm not sure if it was just as much time we put all the food from our old habits in us would possibly be as long as it takes for our habits to adjust to new vegan style

Am I supposed to be impressed that J.Lo is in great shape? If I had an in-home gym, personal trainer, personal chef, and people to clean my house and watch my kids and do my errands for me, I'd also be in great shape! But us little people don't often have the time, money or energy to be focusing on our physical fitness.

I have a friend who i work with and she has been on the vegan diet for three yrs and she looks great!! and i wonder if I'm brave like jenn and her to actually try it. like she said it's hard to give up the food you grew up with . and mine is my Puerto Rican dishes of rice and beans with some pork chop on the side lol..... oh well wish me luck please !!
lol its hard but moderation & portion control is key. how bout switching to brown rice and chicken instead of red meat. i can go a day or 2 without meat but after that i needzzz myy meattt! goodluck.

she inherited a great body. Natural athlete, who proccesses emotion in her action center, when opersingers process it in their vocal and creative side. They get emotial and they stand still and throat opens. ordinary women throat opens, and they chat. Jlo shuts her mouth and dances, or jogs lol Vegan great that worked for her during age change. She ofcourse has great bone structure and promotion. I know she ran to get back into shape, but she needs to explore sports some more.
Whatever she's doing now, she's doing it right.
Dancing is a talent but it is also a sport. Someone has to be in great shape to dance as hard and long as she does. On top of that she is singing during it....that is one amazing woman!!! An inspiration.
