The scholarships mentioned in this video do not have any income restrictions. If you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in the video, you can get the scholarship.

Yes, there are some scholarships available for PG also, but its restricted to certain specializations only. Please check KMC web site for further details.

They want toppers, that's why they are giving scholarship. Its upto the students to decide what they want.
