For indoor and outdoor situations my favorite and best portable air conditioner is the 60 Watt ultra light Evaporative Air cooler with Ice packs, 5.5 Liters of water is dispursed on a curtain and cold air is pushed through 3 fan options and one cooling option. There are remotes that come for all the air coolers. For the beach or camping you want to take the USB powered Fan with double water nozzle sprayer. It also comes with a LED Light for the night.
