Jin is THE singer of singers. His voice, range, tone, everything is phenomenal. I always have such a special place in my heart for Jin and his vice because it’s the voice that introduced me to BTS in the first place. He’s everything 💜
The only people saying Jin can't sing are people who can't sing, don't know anything about singing, and solo stans who want to put him down.

Grammy called him "Silver voice" for a reason, he is clean and perfect in all his techniques, falssetto, chest voice, head voice, mix voice and the belting king of the group, he is the only one with all his solos in the top charts, sadly his own company did not appreciate him, as he is the one in the group with less lines in all songs, waiting for his solo album, he will no dissapoint as always!
Jin is such a fantastic singer! For me he is the power vocal of the group. He has so much emotion and power in his belts and he is insanely stable live! Even during the early days I always thought he had a great voice and just needed the right songs to showcase it. When he did his covers (i love you, mom and autumn office) it really showed his voice at its best. Then comes wings with his solo song awake and that right there really showed Jin in his element! Can't imagine anyone else singing awake, epiphany, yours, abyss and so much more! His voice is made for delivering emotion.
Jin's voice is like silk, so light and flowy and beautiful.
Who in their right minds would ever say this man can't sing? He's outstanding! I really hope he takes a break from Maplestory to record a solo album. Thanks for sharing your remixes with us. ;)
Jin is “the”belter of BTS, he has the power that is needed especially for ballads. Many voice teacher have commented at length at how incredible Jin is that he only learned to sing as an adult….very unusual and shows how hard he worked. There is no “weak” member in BTS; they are all astonishingly talented. The challenge in a group of 7, the time each gets is very limited. They are so successful because each one of them decided early on to put the best interests of the group before their own and the is why they have lasted. Come Back Home is from the 25th anniversary show of the singer and group the changed Korean popular music in the 90’s. Fascinating history that made the development of KPop possible.

His voice is like honey. That is the only word that comes to my mind to describe it. His vocals can sound so sweet but they are also strong. I just love his tone SO much. Like some people has mentioned before, he has powerful rock vocals and angelic falsettos, his low and mid register are so warmth and he sometimes add that nasal aspect that I personally love. I guess because Jin is so skillful and amazing expressing his feelings through his voice, makes fans and experts praise him so much. He has something special, his voice is just pleasing to the ears and touch your heart. That's why he got the 'Silver voice' title.💜
And let's talk about the fact his stable live vocals always stand out. Kim Seokjin you are amazing and I'm so proud of you. 💜

Jin is what you call "driven." Jin never gave up on himself when I believe others would have done so. The only two definitive skills he had when joining BH were his visuals and acting skills. Jin pushed himself to improve his dancing skills on his own and master his vocal skills (probably with the help of a professional). Jin has become a powerhouse when it comes to singing, especially ballads. But I can see Jin doing rock music (Steve Perry or Steven Tyler-type music). Jin would make it big as a solo artist. Now Jungkook is the bomb too! This man has a beautiful voice and deserves the title of the main vocalist. Jimin has a unique voice and can sing, but I have heard his voice crack more than once, and V has that soulful voice that is just beautiful and hot! V's range can go high too. The last thing I will say is that it does not matter if you give Jin the least lines to sing; those lines will be the most powerful ones people will notice!!! So give this man more lines!:)

agree with you. a lot of people "slept" on Jin since he was not given decent line distribution during the early years of BTS. and even a lot of YT reactors give this same comment. they are happy when Jin gets more lines just like in Butter and PTD. And it is good that Jin has his solo songs which are truly iconic and where he performs them so amazingly, especially live during the concerts. people then realize that Jin is an amazing singer...a technique-driven vocalist as commented by a musical director. and he sings with so much passion and emotions which makes one a good singer.

Jin was definitely the weakest singer in their early days but he's also improved the most. I don't think anyone says he's the weakest singer anymore, in fact I don't think anyone feels that way about any of the vocal line. They are all strong singers with their own unique sounds, strengths and weaknesses.
