Join Alexandra Waterbury, renowned ballet dancer, as she shares her own experiences with the New York City Ballet and explores how societal pressures on men in predominantly female professions can negatively impact both men and women.

Alexandra Waterbury is a current undergraduate student at Columbia University, a fashion model, and a ballerina. She trained at The School of American Ballet and then danced professionally for BalletNext. She now dances with the Columbia Ballet Collaborative. She has modeled for brands including Tommy Hilfiger, MAC Cosmetics, Arthur Elgort and Ellen Von Unwerth. In 2018, she came forward against the New York City Ballet and several of its employees for sexual assault. Since then, she has decided to declare a double major in political science and women's studies at Columbia. With the larger goal of changing the culture of sexual assault in the workplace and in society at large, she has joined the founding team at Shiffon Co., a fine jewelry startup that donates 50% of its profits to female entrepreneurs. She hopes to change the statistic of female entrepreneurs who receive venture capital in order to create more female CEOs.

I do not believe her story. What was ultimate disposition of lawsuit? We have absolutely no proof this occurred and two of the male dancers accused have been reinstated.
