Hi dear, they will not ask you if you would be leaving at POE because technically they want you to stay back after study but incase they ask, the answer is yes

I paid a one time ticket and it was for flight from Nig to Toronto and to New Brunswick

Please I have a question .. I am given a one year visa because of delay of visa arrival on my student visa instead of 2 years visa
My question is at security check will I say 2years or 1 year in my duration of stay in Canada
You will say two years because you will extend your visa to complete it two years

Good day, i applied for a seminar last year and they approved my visa this year. What will i tell them at the embassy since the time for the seminar has passed and also will a $1000 be enough to show as pocket money for visit.
I think it might not be enough, kindly check IRCC website for visit visa living expenses which might be about $10k. Check if they are having another seminar as that one is over

Yes same your tuition receipt and bank statement(which of course you might have used from as you need to purchase your ticket and pay for your accommodation upfront)
Did you carry all your checked in luggages before going to the POE or after you were true you went to collect it?
Your luggage will be checked out at your final destination just go only with your hand luggage for the POE and then take a local flight to your province, you will meet your bag on arrival

Yes you can both go together but each person should hold his and her documents

Immigration which is visa has nothing to do with English proficiency. That is just a requirement for some school. Some school might request while others will wave it.
If properties are not in your name then their should be a document to show your relation to the person whose name is on the property.

How many hours are you supposed to work when having a student visa
Until the end of the year, we are asked to work full time which means 40hrs or more😂 lucky us right, and we hope is extended by Dec although it looks most likely. For masters student we go to sch once in a week, diploma and post grad diploma they do more courses so expect them to attain classes more except if the person will be working full time night shift which is hard

3: did you need to get your verification of enrollment letter from your school?
And for the proof of funds it can be from one bank right?

Okay let’s ans this way
1. During medicals I was asked of my Covid Vaccination cert, during application it was not updated
2. You have to pay tuition at least 1yr tuition to strengthen your application
3. Before arrival or at the point of entry it was not asked but because I got my courses registered on time, so the enrollment letter was sent to me from the school.

Please after doing your biometric at the embassy, are you going to be called by the embassy or you have to go there for your medicals
They will send you medical request after your biometrics. In the medical request mail, you will also get designated hospitals to use

As a sponsored student, is it a must you travel with your sponsor's POF to present on arrival in Canada?
Yes but they might not actually check it. Still go with your sponsor statement. For me they only viewed my POF, nothing like confirming or checking
Pls ma, assuming you don't have the actual amount in the account before the processing start, but maybe someone transferred it to the account when they asked for the statement of Account.. what can I do about this?
That will be a problem because you might not be able to account for it so it’s better the person wil split the money and be paying it small small into your account

There are some information you need to fill in the self service computer when you arrive the immigration section at the airport, nothing much just information but you will be questioned by the officers one on one

No it’s not an issue, as long as you paid the minimum required school fee

Once you got your visa approved at entrance visa officer will ask for your proof of funds if he feels, sometimes they don’t ask. My kind advice is to prepare well and pay the deposit, preferably pay minimum of 1yr tuition before applying for visa

I got my admission last year 2022 and first semester school fees was paid because i had a scholarship to pay almost 10,000 Canadian dollar... first installment and insurance was five thousand three hundred and fifty Canadian.. Now the big question not sure the school eligible for PGWP except DLI meant to start visa application for Fall semester for September 2023 considering my PR PGWP in the future, whats your advice... I have not paid any tuition fees and my visa has been approved. I should be on my way to Canada later this month. Will I be denied study permit when I have my POF as evidence that I can pay school fees and support myself in Canada?

@@diamondsinnations Yes, I did. My school accepts either a pre-paid tuition deposits or a post paid tuition deposits (when you arrive). I opted for the later with my entire documents. My visa is out and approved. Just wanted to be sure I won’t face any challenge when I arrive? I will be paying my full tuition on getting to school.
