Not bad in the price range.
Well, at least its an acre of land... I would have to redo a lot of things in the home to make it feel like a home worth that price point before pandemic illed the market... so then the home may be worth more after I am done with my upgrades... there's a lot of builder grade within the home and it make it look cheaper than the 500K+ they asking for it but I suppose that is a 200K mark up these days with those materials that use to be in a 300K home or the same as a 300K home today but the homes in the 300K these days are under 2500 sq ft...LOL
Does any of the models have a basement?
These models are all on slab. There are no basements.
Concrete slab foundation on grade. That means they did not excavate for a basement.
I love how big the primary suite is. I would turn it into a mini studio apartment just for the parents to have a private space to relax separate from the kids.
