In this video you will find ideas for hoop apparatus difficulty / difficulty of apparatus! The hoop ADs in this video are all done at home. So you can practice this hoop masteries at home, to get better at RG competitions!
There are 30 hoop masteries ideas, you can easily find some masteries with the hoop that will be good for you!
Each of the hoop mastery is with slow motion, to help you understand the master better!
There are some easy hoop masteries and some harder. Find what works for you!
NOTE: I made this video before the FIG released the new code of points. So there may be some ADs that are not valid in the new code of points.
