Laika has in my opinion the most consistent rogues gallery in children’s animation, from the other mother, the witch, snatcher, moon king and beyond their villains all have stage presence and are very complex and interesting parts of the story that never cease to amaze me cannot wait for Wildwood next year

Seeing him get his hard earned position, as he's prolonging his inevitable death. He's got both, what he wanted and what he had coming.
