Norway is very different. They are very strict laws. My husband was stopped for speeding he was 3pms over the speed limit. He had the choice of a week in prison or an on the stop fine of 600€. They don’t mess about there. And people respect the laws. Very different in France where I live. It’s a mix of culture and penalties.
