Good Run dude. Keep kicking butt. Dont listen to what people say about boston it was hot. Even salazar when he ran the los angelos olympics had a bad race in the heat. You are in 2.40 marathon shape right now. Get a cool day in the fall and train hard and you will run 2.39 this fall.

This is sick. Thinking of heading out to Eugene while I'm in Oregon sometime this summer. Any tips/general comments on the trail?

Majority of footage is the trail but the sunset is at Mount Pisgah Summit which I also recommend. No advice for the trail really. It's pretty nice especially this time of year. There is a frisbee golf course going through it, so maybe bring a frisbee so you can play after your run :)
