Cuts Arun District Council have made have included to continue the working from home for their office staff.
Also, causing great difficulty to the public in general and to the elderly and disabled who are reliant on minicabs in Bognor Regis and the 5 villages, they have introduced a new requirement that to qualify as a minicab driver in our locality a driver must know the whole of the Arun district, every road. Is it the same in Littlehampton? Even London black cab drivers only need 12 miles radius knowledge. The whole of Arun is a lot more. Thus we have ever fewer cab drivers because Arun District Council seem to want an excuse to not keep their testing centre open and its staff employed. Today I was told there were no minicabs available for over an hour. So no ambulances and no minicabs.
How much is the pay of the CEO and other executives? Their heads of departments? Their higher places personal assistants and secretaries?!
