      DS 160 is the form from USCIS to know about candidate. and isko bharte time sabse Important application number, security questions likh kar rakh lo, and har pade bharne k bad usko save karte jao, because DS160 fill karne me kafi time lag jata he, and sometimes agar savi nahi kiya to dobara start se bharna hota he.

      Job k liye I can not help, I am really sorry.
      USA ka work Visa koi USA ki Company hi dila sakti he, jiska office India Pakistan me ho, yaa jo waha se selection kar rahi ho..
      Mai aapki Condition samajh sakta hu, aapke jaise Lakho log bahut pareshan he job k liye, mai koi jhoooti ummed nahi dena chahta,
      USA aana aapke liye mushkil hoga...

      Or aap gulf Country , jaise Kuwait, Dubai try kar sakte he,

    Hi Amit, I had applied for US visa in June 2023, had paid my US visa fee as well but as soon as the fee was paid, the option to schedule appointment vanished from my profile and it has been months that that option isn't available to me. I have written multiple mailers to usembassy but no response from their end. Could you guide as to what can be done as per your knowledge?

    • @dill_se_desi
      @dill_se_desi  Před 6 měsíci +1

      Experiencing difficulties with the US visa application process can be frustrating, but there are steps you can take to address the issue. Here's what you can consider doing:
      Log in to your visa application account to check the status of your application. Look for any updates or notifications regarding your appointment scheduling.
      Reach out to the visa application center where you paid your visa fee. They may be able to provide assistance or escalate your issue to the appropriate department.
      If you haven't received a response from the embassy after multiple attempts, try contacting them again. Use the contact information provided on their official website or through their automated phone system.
      Consider seeking assistance from a visa consultant or legal representative who specializes in US immigration. They may have experience dealing with similar issues and can provide guidance on the best course of action.
      If all attempts to resolve the issue fail, you may need to consider reapplying for the visa. Make sure to review your application carefully and ensure all required documents are submitted correctly.
      Sometimes, technical issues or system updates can affect the online visa application process. Keep an eye on any announcements or notifications from the embassy regarding system maintenance or updates.
      Dealing with visa applications can be a lengthy process, and it may require patience and persistence to resolve issues. Continue to follow up with the appropriate authorities while remaining courteous and professional.
      Remember to keep all communication and documentation related to your visa application organized and easily accessible. Persistence and thoroughness can often lead to a resolution, but if you continue to encounter difficulties, seeking professional assistance may be necessary.

      @dill_se_desi  Před 7 měsíci +1

      When applying for a B1/B2 visa to visit the United States to meet your brother along with your mom, it's important to be truthful and transparent during the visa application process. Providing accurate and honest information is essential for a successful visa application. If your main purpose is to visit your brother, there is no need to invent a different reason.
      During the visa interview, you can explain your travel plans, including the purpose of the visit, the duration of your stay, and your relationship with your brother. Consular officers are generally interested in understanding the genuine reasons for your visit and assessing your ties to your home country to ensure that you plan to return.
      Here are some tips for your visa interview:
      Clearly State Your Purpose:
      Clearly state that you are planning to visit your brother in the U.S. and spend time with your family. Provide details about your relationship with your brother.
      Provide Supporting Documents:
      Bring any supporting documents that can help establish the purpose of your visit, such as an invitation from your brother, details about your brother's residence in the U.S., and any other relevant information.
      Demonstrate Ties to Home Country:
      Be prepared to demonstrate strong ties to your home country, such as employment, property ownership, family connections, or other commitments that indicate your intention to return after your visit.
      Answer Questions Truthfully:
      Answer all questions truthfully and honestly. Consular officers appreciate straightforward and transparent responses.
      Be Prepared for Additional Questions:
      Be prepared for the possibility of additional questions related to your travel plans, family ties, and intentions during your stay in the U.S.
      Remember that the key is to provide accurate information that aligns with the purpose of your visit. Falsifying information or providing misleading details can result in visa denial or other complications. If your primary reason for the trip is to spend time with family, including your brother, there is no need to create a different reason for the visa application.

    • @dill_se_desi
      @dill_se_desi  Před 7 měsíci

      Whether you can obtain a B1/B2 visa for the USA without travel history or while your family's F4 visa is in process depends on various factors. Here are some considerations:
      The B1/B2 visa is a non-immigrant visa for temporary visitors, including those traveling for business (B1) or tourism/pleasure (B2). Your eligibility will be determined based on your intent, ties to your home country, and the purpose of your visit.
      While having a travel history can sometimes be viewed as a positive factor in visa applications, not having one does not automatically disqualify you. Consular officers consider various factors, and each case is unique.
      If your father's F4 visa application is already in process, it may indicate immigrant intent. When applying for a B1/B2 visa, you will need to demonstrate strong ties to your home country to convince the consular officer that you have no intention of immigrating to the U.S.
      Clearly state the purpose of your visit for the B1/B2 visa application. Whether it's for tourism, visiting family, or attending an event, providing a detailed and truthful explanation is important.
      You may need to demonstrate that you have the financial means to cover your expenses during your stay in the U.S. This can include bank statements, sponsorship letters, or any other evidence of financial stability.
      Ensure that you submit all required documents accurately and honestly. Consular officers typically look for consistency and transparency in the information provided.
      Be prepared for the visa interview. Answer questions confidently and truthfully. If asked about the F4 visa application or lack of travel history, provide clear and honest explanations.
      If you have concerns or specific questions about your situation, you may consider seeking advice from a legal professional or immigration consultant. They can provide guidance based on your individual circumstances.

      1st Step is : DS-160 form is something has to be filled separately for each family member.
      2ns Step is appointment, which you can take alone, or with all family member as well. it doesnt matter,
      Interviewer will not ask question, if you will travel alone or with family, when you go on US trip.

    Hi, i applied for me and my 2 kids for b1 b2, my marital status seperated will it impact on my visa?

    • @dill_se_desi
      @dill_se_desi  Před 7 měsíci

      While your marital status may be a factor considered during the visa application process, it is not the sole determinant of whether a B1/B2 visa application will be approved or denied. The U.S. consular officers assess various aspects of your application to determine your eligibility for a visitor visa.
      Here are a few points to consider:
      It is important to be truthful and provide accurate information during the visa application process. If your marital status is separated, provide this information on the application form.
      Consular officers often look at your ties to your home country to assess the likelihood of your return after a temporary visit to the U.S. This can include family ties, employment, property ownership, etc.
      Clearly articulate the purpose of your trip and demonstrate that it is for a temporary visit. B1/B2 visas are typically for business or tourism purposes.
      Provide any required supporting documentation, such as an invitation letter, itinerary, proof of funds, or other documents that demonstrate the purpose of your visit and your intention to return.
      Be prepared for an interview at the U.S. embassy or consulate. During the interview, consular officers may ask about your travel plans, ties to your home country, and other relevant details.
      While your marital status may be a factor, it is not necessarily a reason for automatic visa denial. Each case is unique, and consular officers consider a combination of factors when making visa decisions.

    What is delivered to post mean in passport statue

    • @dill_se_desi
      @dill_se_desi  Před 8 měsíci

      The status "delivered to post" in the context of passport tracking generally means that the passport has been successfully delivered to the respective embassy, consulate, or visa application center for further processing or collection by the applicant.
      Here's a breakdown of the typical stages in a passport application process:
      : The passport application is received and processed by the passport office or relevant authorities.
      : The passport is printed with the necessary information and security features.
      : The passport is dispatched or shipped to the relevant diplomatic post, embassy, consulate, or visa application center based on the applicant's location.
      : The passport arrives at the designated location (embassy, consulate, or visa center), and it is marked as "delivered to post" in the tracking system. This means that the document is at the designated post for further handling or for the applicant to collect it.
      : Following the "delivered to post" status, the passport will typically be prepared for delivery to the applicant. This can involve additional processing steps, such as verification, sealing, or administrative procedures.
      : The applicant may then collect the passport from the designated location or, in some cases, it may be delivered to the applicant's address, depending on the procedures of the specific passport office or consulate.

    • @dill_se_desi
      @dill_se_desi  Před 9 měsíci

      The F2 visa is designed for dependents of F1 visa holders. If your wife holds an F1 visa, you may be eligible to apply for an F2 visa as her dependent.
      Comparison with B1/B2 Visa:
      1. The B1/B2 visa is a visitor visa that allows temporary visits for business (B1) or tourism/pleasure (B2).
      2. F2 is a dependent visa, while B1/B2 is for individuals visiting the U.S. for a short period for business or tourism.
      3. The choice between F2 and B1/B2 depends on your specific situation. If your primary purpose is to be with your wife, then F2 may be more suitable. If you have other reasons for visiting the U.S., then B1/B2 might be more appropriate.

    sir student visa ke liye kya requirement hai

    • @dill_se_desi
      @dill_se_desi  Před 8 měsíci +1

      Obtaining a U.S. student visa involves several steps, and the specific requirements may vary slightly based on the type of student visa you are applying for. The most common student visa for the United States is the F-1 visa, which is for academic and language students. Here are the general requirements for obtaining a U.S. student visa:
      You must first be accepted into a U.S. school that is approved by the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS).
      Complete the online Nonimmigrant Visa Application, Form DS-160. You can find this form on the U.S. Department of State's website.
      Pay the SEVIS (Student and Exchange Visitor Information System) I-901 fee. This fee supports the maintenance of the SEVIS database and is required before the U.S. embassy or consulate interview.
      Pay the non-refundable visa application fee. The fee amount may vary depending on the country and visa type.
      Schedule and attend a visa interview at the U.S. embassy or consulate in your home country. Be prepared to provide documents supporting your intent to study in the U.S.
      Obtain the Form I-20 (Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status) from the U.S. school where you have been accepted. This form is issued by the designated school official (DSO).
      Bring the payment receipts for the SEVIS and visa fees to the visa interview.
      Ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended period of stay in the U.S.
      Demonstrate strong ties to your home country, such as family, employment, or property, to show that you intend to return after completing your studies.
      Bring transcripts and diplomas from previous educational institutions attended.
      Provide scores from standardized tests if required by the U.S. school (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, GRE, GMAT).
      Show proof of financial ability to cover tuition, living expenses, and other related costs. This can include bank statements, affidavits of support, or scholarship letters.
      It's important to note that visa requirements can change, and it's recommended to check the U.S. embassy or consulate website in your home country for the most up-to-date information and instructions. Additionally, always apply for your visa well in advance of your intended travel date.

      2. You can think, of taking appointment from other Country like Dubai or near by, if possible,
      3. There are some agents who takes some money and give appointments for near by dates, I dont have any number for them and how they do this, I dont know as well. But 2 of my friend got appointment for their parents by Agents.

      The B1/B2 visa is a combination visa that allows for both business (B1) and tourism/medical (B2) purposes. If your confirmation letter mentions "B2 tourism/medical," it generally implies that your visa covers both B1 and B2 purposes.
      However, to ensure clarity and accuracy, it's important to check the details on your visa stamp itself. When you receive your actual visa, you will see a designation that specifies whether it is a B1 visa, B2 visa, or a combination B1/B2 visa. It should be clearly indicated on the visa sticker.

    Can we show fixed deposite as bank statement?

    • @dill_se_desi
      @dill_se_desi  Před 7 měsíci

      When applying for a visa, particularly for tourism or attending conferences, interviewers may inquire about your financial situation to ensure that you have the means to cover your travel expenses during your stay in the destination country. If you have fixed deposits, you can generally include them as part of your financial documentation.
      However, it's essential to keep in mind a few points:
      Liquidity:
      Fixed deposits are not immediately liquid assets. If an interviewer is assessing your financial capability to cover travel expenses, they may prefer to see readily accessible funds in a savings or checking account.
      Documentation:
      If you decide to include fixed deposits in your financial documentation, provide clear and well-documented evidence. This may include bank statements, certificates of deposit, or any other relevant documentation that verifies the existence and amount of your fixed deposits.
      Accurate Information:
      Ensure that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. If there have been recent changes in your financial status, be prepared to explain them during the interview.
      Additional Documentation:
      Alongside fixed deposits, you may also want to include other financial documents, such as bank statements, proof of employment, or any sponsorships, to strengthen your case and demonstrate your ability to cover expenses.
      Explanation of Purpose:
      If the interviewer specifically asks about travel expenses, be prepared to explain how you intend to fund your trip and why your financial situation is sufficient to cover your stay.
      It's important to note that visa application processes and interview requirements may vary depending on the country and the type of visa you are applying for. Therefore, it's advisable to check the specific guidelines provided by the embassy or consulate of the country you plan to visit.
