I am working in milktea shop. The secret behind to have a best texture in pearl is....
Boil them in high until all of the pearls float. After all the pearls are floating lower the fire in medium high set the timer 30-40 mins and stir it every 5-8 mins until you get the texture you desire then turn off the heat. Close the lid and let them rest for another 30 mins. After 30 mins wash them. And tada~ just put a brown sugar syrup and voila you have the best pearl in the world. I hope you try it 🤗🤗🤗
