Most of Canadian are racist. I have been in Canada for 26 year and everyday I experience, notice, watch, or hear racism. The funny thing, Canada is a native/stolen land and belongs to Native people not to English or French people who are immigrants no matter how long their ancestors have been here. So I do not understand why most of them are racist? Why English and French people kept their cultures, languages and religions and did not adopt Native people culture, language and religion? However, they want other immigrants to adopt their way of living?! If they do not like to see new honest immigrants who came to Canada without killing our beloved native people, buried native kids in schools yards, or steal their land, then go back to England or France and let Native people and new immigrants live in peace that you denied or trying to deny for long time.

I got called a Camel Jockey by a passing car while unpacking my shopping into my car outside of a supermarket in 2018. While Muslims are by far the most educated and economically well off community in Canada, in all honesty, i fear for the safety of Muslim minorities in Canada. Its a big statement, but realistic nonetheless.

FOCUS ON THE POSITIVE. Canada is honestly by far the best country in terms of racism/Islampophobia. I Know muslim women over here who exercise Pardah and have been living here for around 5 to 7 years and are working women who've never faced any discrimination at all. There are all sorts of people everywhere in the world. Here in Toronto I have Friends from other races and religions and they are among the best people I have ever known.
