It's sold on weverse shop once a year usually during July. Sells out under 5 minute. With shipping and tax added on it was probably $200+. It's possible to buy from a reseller but they 90% jack up the price.

Usually sells out in under 5 minutes and shipping is usually about the same cost due to the weight. so for example if the box was $100 and you have a few things in it that contributes to the weight plus factor in shipping distance the total when shipping is added is about $200+. The box is completely random so you won't know what your actually getting before hand.

Weverse shop ships to select countries. I know places like India isn't able to buy anything from them directly. There is a global and US shop, but even so global only ships to select countries which is sad. Cokodive sells some of their products so that's a good alternative for merch if you need something shipped internationally. Now about the merch itself. they drop it once a year on weaves shop usually in July. Usually sells out in under 5 minutes and shipping is usually about the same cost due to the weight. so for example if the box was $100 and you have a few things in it that contributes to the weight plus factor in shipping distance the total when shipping is added is about $200+. The box is completely random so you won't know what your actually getting before hand.
There is a chance you may see it at a reseller like cokodive but you'd have to pay customs fee for your item .
