- This is a drone shot of ABUJA Landmark and buildings. Covering Zuma rock, Aso Rock, National Assembly, Central Bank of Nigeria. National Church, National Mosque, Millennium Tower, Church gate, Glory Dome, and federal Secretarite complex Abuja.
Abuja officially become the capital of Nigeria in 1991. But before them, Lagos state was the capital. But due to congestion and Lagos serving a dual purpose of being a state and capital of Nigeria, plus other considerations, the capital was moved to Abuja.
The city was essentially planned to be built in the phase following the city Master Plan, right now only phase 1 of the plan has been fully implemented, other phase 2-5 is still a work in progress.
The city was also planned to accommodate. 3.2 million people, but right now the city center has well over 6million million due to rapid migration, In fact it is reported that Abuja is one of the fastest-growing cities in the world.

The first time I passed Zuma Rock going towards Kaduna I was amazed. It really needs government attention to make it a major tourist attraction. Imagine an amphitheater and amusement park and upscale restaurants at the base of the mountain and a cable car up to the top like in Obudu. Great job as always bro. 👍🏽❤👍🏽❤

@@Chainbreak2023 me personally live in Abuja, Asokoro precisely and what you called earth tremor happened because of the explosion of dynamite by the miners there and is not close to the Abuja rock okay, that happened in 2020 in mpape and not the Aso rock. David am based in the army barracks at the foot of Aso rock and we normally climb the rock at December period, there is competition every year there I'm which there are prizes awarded to the first, second and third winner to climb the aso rock. I wish you could make it this December to make a video about it, there are tourists from different nationalities coming. I will tell you when next they're gonna climb the rock this December, who knows maybe you might be interested

You applied wisdom in hovering the drone to view the top of zuma rock. What's the height range of a drone? I was actually scared the drone might go out of range and land on the top of the rock😅🙈

Can you please do a video about the recent roads construction going on in Abuja? My brother said they are quite a number of roads infrastructure launched recently. We in overseas would love to know if there is any new developments going on.

He told me that the Govt are constructing alternative routes to the airport. From Area1 roundabout to Galadimawa then to the Federal Housing bridge then to the Airport and also a flyover in Wuye, and then from Apo to AYA four lanes.

Bridges in Area 1, Apo round about and so many projects are still under construction.. Past through Area 1 today and is about 80% done. In a month or 2 month time, it will be ready.
What about the ASO VILLA where the president resides...that is the most iconic and the most important building you need to include when talking about important sites in ABUJA.
Lol.. I know Victor, but the only problem with that, is that I don't have the video of it to show when taking about it... But if you will give me access to Aso villa to fly a Drone, that will be great, so I can fly drone over it.😂😂😂
