golden hour rule is also a very advanced and highly productive, I even saw you mention it in 1 of your videos, basically the principle which means in simple terms is that the day depends on what you do on the 1st hour of the day, for an instance if I started going checking my socials. the most probably thing I might be doing all day is procrastination. Inorder to go ahead with the 1% rule. this step will be the best to start up with. I started by studying or atleast reading a book 30mins before having breakfast. And that push is basically what keeps me going...

This is really helpful tysm! Idea for next video- HOw to use a diary most effectively and have your academics organised. I fee like I try to be organised but sometimes I forget to do things. For example, the proffesser tells me we have a unit test next week but I forget. My schedule is vry busyy and I sometimes get dates confused forget submitting assignments and just generally have my life in a mess. It would be great if you could advise me on that. Thanks again! I am always give excuses to what i will do or what i am going to achieve. I need to buy ipad first to make note, i need to rent a room first for myself to have my own workspace, i need to buy all gears first before get fit or exercise..
Sometime it took time to manage all the things that i need to prepare, many things can be done before the gears are all prepared.
We can start from below, which means that whatever situation you are in, if you have the strong aim and endurance regarding what you want to achieve, i think nothing impossible.
My problem is, i have weak will.
