Anesthesiologist here....when a person coughs against a closed glottis (ie their airway is obstructed) they can go into flash pulmonary edema which causes the capillaries in the lungs to burst...blood mixes with normal lung fluids and creates a pink foam...this is the pink foam they are talking about...it happens quickly...just speculating here but it seems it could happen if someone was holding a pillow over your head to suffocate/asphyxiate you

Tammy's sister really touched me. I have 3 sisters that I adore, and I just cannot imagine the pain she has endured losing her sister this way.
I just loved when the defense objected to a date, and she snapped back with it.
You could just hear the quiet rage and disgust in her voice.
We lost my brother to cancer when he was only 26, and I harbored a lot of anger toward his death. It felt so senseless. I can only imagine the rage I would have felt if his spouse, a person one normally trusts so deeply, had so callously murdered him.
I can’t even imagine her pain. And then having to sit on the stand and be badgered by the defense when you know all along, your sister was murdered by her own husband. She handled her self with such poise and grace, but you could hear the anger and sadness in her responses . So heartbreaking. Chad deserves to burn in hell for what he did. 💔
I recently lost my only sister who was four years older than me, but she wasn't murdered. I feel her pain in losing her best friend, her constant in life, her past and her future. I am so lost without my sister, she was my rock, my whole world. Tammy's sister anger is completely justified. She would not have to endure the pathetically irritating questions from the defense, she would not have to go through the stress of appearing in court, she would not have to have suffered the grief and trauma of the last 4 years, she would still have her beloved sister to share life with. This is her new reality and it is ALL because of that POS sat there in court, looking so sanctimonious and loving all of this attention. It just seems to serve his narcissistic ego 🤮🤮 Justice will be served for Tammy, Tylee and JJ. This cowardly specimen will spend the rest of his miserable existence in a prison cell.......... But at least he's still breathing and will no doubt still enjoy some parts of his incarceration.......
I just realized something. Chad was being mean to Tammy saying he shot that raccoon (the one that didn’t exist), as Tammy loved animals. Her “good for you”, was a mad response. No wonder Tammy was depressed. They had a rough marriage the past months and Tammy was probably called overweight. I can’t stand Chad. He didn’t deserve her. She was beautiful. Her sister’s testimony broke my heart. We remember you, Tammy 🩷🤍 🦆 🐶 🐱

There are so many times that I listen to testimony and think, "They really thought they would get away with this."

Watching from Colorado. Samantha was an absolute warrior today!! That girl FINALLY humanized Tammy. Her testimony was incredibly powerful, It brought tears to my eyes and then when she was done, I literally jumped up and cheered out loud like she just hit a three-pointer at the buzzer to win the game... because I think that's exactly what she did. She was indomitable. ❤
Her contempt toward Chad was just barely containable. Tammy was loved, and even when her own children turned their backs on their mother, Samantha is the true justice warrior for Tammy!

Tammy’s sister and family come off as such down-to-earth amazing people. They are so well articulated and well spoken… they also seem like they’re extremely close , the talent show she mentioned as middle-age women they did for their parents shows how much fun she was.. What an incredible loss.. in my opinion their testimony alone sealed the deal for Chad, (which is poetic justice in itself…)

When he made the comment about it being her assumption regarding her knowledge about who tended the pet cemetery and she responded "you are asking for my assumption" or something along the lines. I was shocked to learn from samanthas testimony that chad did not want his name on tammys head stone.. and how she thought it was odd bc he was really big into family history. That and the fact he told samantha he connected with lori bc they both had lost a spouse, were some interesting info. How does a man who loses his wife unexpectedly, meets a woman who also lost her husband and then gets married to that woman 2 wks after his wifes funeral? That isnt normal at all. Also, the rings and when they were purchased shows how they were planning their lives together when tammy was still alive.. so its not like he met her after tammy passed and they connected bc they both lost a spouse. They knew eachother before their spouses passed, both of their spouses were rated dark, neither of them seemed to have been upset or bothered that they lost their spouses. It was all planned... plain as day

How very convenient that the night that Tammy dies there's all of these natural herbs all around the house and there is books right next to the bed stand to me it sounds staged as fuck. I think Alex and Chad killed Tammy She was on the ground so after a couple of hours Chad decided to call Garth to get Tammy off of the bed. I think that's all that story is I think that Alex was there because Chad was too much of a pussy to do it himself. But I think everything was staged I think at one point she might have been into oils if I remember correctly but all of these other things that they say that she's suffering from you would have to go to a doctor to be able to find out if you're got hypertension so what the fuck how did she know she was suffering from all of this if she didn't go to a doctor I think Lori and Chad were googling things to say to the coroner. Chad is so gross. The fact that she hurt her wrist and went to the doctor two weeks before she died really shows how Chad and his kids will lie about Tammy. Is she takes antidepressants which you need a prescription for from a doctor and you have to go and get rechecked up every 3 months 6 months and she was taking tramadol and you need a doctor for that and she had hurt her wrist about 3 weeks before she died and again she seen a doctor his story is bullshit.

He was said to be completely emotionless when the coroner arrived, he was the one defending Chad saying he found Tammy with him, and he is still standing by him even after all the evidence. Just in case anyone wants to know in regards about the temple attendance: in order to go to the the temple, the card they speak of is called a "recommend" there is a process to obtain a recommend, obviously they lied to get a recommend.
Also, if they wanted to know the ordinances they did the day(s) in question, every ordinance is recorded. A sealing to each other an appointment has to be made prior to the sealing and then that sealing is recorded.
I worked in the office in the Payson Utah Temple and am aware of the the proceedings that go on "inside" any temple within the LDS faith.

A sealing in the LDS faith is binding on earth and Heaven.
If you heard from Alexes wife (can't remember her name) add a description on paper the world's Chad had discussed with her. They weren't worlds as we know, but they were degrees of glory, and sort of like worlds or kingdoms as we in the church refer to. There is a lower degree/kingdom, with 3 levels in that kingdom. Then there is another kingdom, the middle kingdom with 3 levels in it. Each of these kingdoms have names. Then the highest kingdom, which Chad has referred to many times, is the Celestial kingdom, the highest kingdom of glory, that is the ultimate goal. Again, 3 levels in that kingdom as well. Then there is outer darkness where ppl deny the Holy Ghost, or commit murder without repenting, it's really hard to receive forgiveness.
All these worlds were on the paper that Chad talked about and was shown in court.
So in the highest degree, ultimate goal, it takes a husband and wife to be "sealed together" in a LDS temple. It's the only kingdom where families will be together, ultimate ultimate goal.
So Chad and Lori think they were going to be together and the sealing they performed in the temple would be needed for them to achieve the highest degree of glory and be with God the Father and Jesus Christ.
The issue they are failing to see is, God would NEVER tell them to do what they have done, period! Plue, if a couple is not worthy to go in a temple and then preform a sealing ordinance, it's null and viod.
They took some LDS principles and twisted them for their own gain, totally against God!

I normally agree with the judge but not allowing testimony about Chad‘s and Tammy‘s sex life or lack thereof was a massive mistake. Its highly relevant and goes to the prosecution‘s theory of the case. Chad perceived his wife as too vanilla

Tammy would be proud of her sisters strength. She was firm, didn't get rattled, got her points across. Her testimony was heartbreaking bc I have a sister that is 4.5 yrs older than I am and we are also close. I couldn't imagine being in Samantha's shoes.. but she def did Tammy proud.
I don't know how Samantha was able to control herself so well. Her anger was palpable, but still controlled. She was Tammy's voice and did her proud. I would have lost it BIG time, sat in front of that POS and having to breathe the same air as him. He took her precious sister away from her. He stole and destroyed her future life with Tammy. Tammy sounded like such a genuine, fun, positive person. The testimonials that have been given about her by co-workers and friends, really highlight what a truly devastating loss this has been for so many people. But most of all for Tammy herself. Tammy's brother-in-law seems like he was so surprised to have to even deal with a murder in his family. It seems his life experiences did not prepare him for going through this experience. He is soinf a great job as a witness with this in mind.
I don't grasp how they say he wasn't implicated in Charles' murder. It's clear they were discussing 'one down, one to go' already in July.

And he was the one rating ppl dark and we all now know what happened to ppl who were rated dark. They ended up dead. Not a single one of them (chad, lori and alex) had any remorse or had a self conscious that made them stop and think "this is getting out of control how many ppl are being killed in a matter of a few months of eachother". They just continued on as if it was just normal.

Poor jurors. They have to sit through all this horrific drama. I'm curious and want to know the outcome and SEE JUSTICE DONE. But, I don't have to sit through all of the drama. I pick and choose how much I follow this. The jurors don't have that choice. This is taking a significant amount of time from their lives and they have to see all the pictures and hear everything. God bless them, everyone.
I feel horrible for the autopsy pictures they had to see. That stuff will always stay with them and knowing they are looking at these pictures dye to what chad and lori did just so they could be together.. is sickening. 4 innocent lives lost bc of these 2 crazies.
Question for Nate’s live…….Is it unusual for a prosecutor to be involved with the case prior to court. Such as Rob Wood being present at interviews, involved with the agenda and plan when they started digging and being on scene during the uncovering of the children, and other times throughout the investigation,? Prior seems to be all in a bunch over that…….
Who do you think would be doing the questioning in the case if not a prosecutor (or defense attorney, in the alternative)? Maybe I'm not understanding your question.

That can't be used against the prosecution to get a conviction overturned, as it is counsel's right to do so... just like Prior has interviewed his witnesses ahead of time, to not be surprised and know what they intend to say while on the stand testifying.
"I'm sorry, judge, I did it as well." Prior's sweet niceness makes me sick. It's funny how Chad knew who to contact for his case as far as an attorney. Prior has the same personality Chad does, except Chad keeps his on the inside. They seem closer than client and defense attorney the way they interact with each other.

I just wanted to say that just because a person has a homeopathic book in their bedroom, like Tammy did, doesn't mean they're sick. I have had all kinds of books about natural remedies for years because I wanted to learn everything I could to help myself or other people if any of us ever did have an issue and because I was curious about all the different natural remedies. I can't stand how they keep assuming she may have been sick just because she had those books. I also had many medical encyclopedias and journals because I wanted to learn about different diseases and about the human body. Tammy seems to me to have been an intellectually curious person so I see nothing strange about her having those types of books around.

During the cross examination I thought Pryor was actually going to suggest it was Tammy who buried the children!
I felt like prior was asking Samantha who tended to the pet cemetery to make it seem like it was normal for chad to also bury animals. Sounded to me like the pet cemetery was more of Tammy's thing due to the animals being special to her. To me it made me think that chad never had much to do with the pet cemetery so the whole "I shot a racoon and buried it in the pet cemetery" draws a picture that chad would never bury an animal bc that wasn't his thing.
The two I feel the most compassion and sadness for are Colby, because he’s lost his whole family, and for Larry, as he is elderly, fragile, and his heart is utterly broken and will never heal.
