Salute to the new NSA secretary
I think what the filipinos want to learn is the issue with west philippines sea with the continuous harassment of china in our own waters. This should be the main concern of NSC since it concern not only national security but also foreign policy. We get it that peace talks are the priority but china has shown disregard for such things. We need a plan B if all else fail
The professor has a strong moral conviction, I just seriously doubt that her idea of approaching the issue of West Phil Sea with China is going to work. As you said, they will brush aside anything if it is going to go against their plan of terretorial expansion. A glimmer of hope may still be in the horizon, she believes in joining the "Freedom of Navigation" being done by allies against China's illegal claim of owning the SCS.
Sad to say that the Chinese leaders will not look at a woman with the same respect as a man.
Professor get some better glue for your bottom teeth it’s hard to understand some of your words.
So I’m not having a lot of confidence in our ability to be self sufficient in our islands and sea territory defense both internally and outside but it’s early days let’s see how she does with the first conflict. A bit headstrong and self opinionated.
