I know a ton of people have already commented on this, but I gotta add to it: that small bit of Dixie cuddling up to Diddy was ACTUALLY so sweet. Stickerbrush Symphony actually deserves all the love and respect in the world, and not only did you let the song play fairly peacefully, but you had that sweet moment between Diddy and Dixie, and I think it's the juxtaposition of that entire (fairly peaceful) section compared to the zaniness of the rest of the video that makes it stand out more. It's one of my favorite bits you've done in a video in a long time, and I'm SO happy and thankful that you made it the way you did!

It's easily my favorite Donkey Kong game ever! I still play this game, and the music is still one of the best in gaming, period.
I've played donkey kong country 1 but I've only played a little of country 2.
I love how nothing crazed or funny happens during the Bramble Blast/Stickerbush Symphony part. It's just Dixie snuggling into Diddy; whilst they make it through the level unharmed; it's beauty, just like the soundtrack.

IIRC, we have Cranky, Donkey (Cranky’s grandson), and Diddy (Donkey’s nephew). And then we have another family containing Dixie, Tiny (Dixie’s sister), Kiddy (Dixie’s cousin), and Chunky (Kiddy’s brother). And then Lanky is possibly someone’s cousin, but we don’t know.
It seems like “Kong” is either a common last name, or just a descriptor of these various apes.

It felt so good. I totally wasn't expecting such a perfect moment. It makes me want to have moments like this in my life. No one has ever loved me like that. This song has always evoked feelings of nostalgia, sadness, and hope within me. To have it combined with this moment makes it all the more powerful.

This was one of the most difficult games I ever beat. I remember doing those roller coaster levels over and over and over again. The beehive levels were ROUGH. The bird race through the bramble near the end was extremely frustrating but it’s definitely a rewarding experience. What a great video. Makes me want to play the game all over again.

As a kid, i was genuinely astonished with Screech's Sprint, having to run through the tower was already a stressful ordeal, so to have a much calmer final level leading up to the duel was really... refreshing, to put it simply.

Bro snuck in the GBA only boss for half a second and I love it. Every detail is perfect, from the monkey chaos to the sweet Stickerbush moment!

@@PUZZLER366 4:56 Kerozene was added in at the end of the Castle section of the game instead of the original SNES cutscene of DK being lifted into the sky. Hated the fight, but fun to see it referenced 😂
