I had the exact same heart palpitations in my third trimester with my little boy. It was lack of iron and anemia xx

I started at 28 weeks. You can pick vitamin C & iron tablets up from Holland and Barrett and I noticed the difference after about a week of taking them. Hope you feel better soon 🩷 as much rest as you can xx
What size hats did you get for Jesse? My little boy is the same age and I’m not sure what size to go for from next xx
