It’s not hard. Don’t buy anything that does not say gluten free. I eat cheese, corn chips , beef, advocados, , buttermilk ranch dressing , potatoes , oatmeal , Amy’s meals , but everything I buy says gluten free or I don’t buy it. I eat eggs too and chocolate but only if it says gluten free. And salsa . But only if it says gluten free . I only buy cheese that says gluten free . I’m starting to pig out on whole coconuts too.

EoE, but possibly an allergy I now am more tolerant to?
I have no idea other than the EoE but supposedly not celiac.
Everyone oversimplifies this and doesn't get it. Good video.

Our kids are genetically gluten intolerant, same as my husband. It’s not too bad, though!

Aldis is good about marking everything gluten free if it is. The broccoli is good too . Yummy .

    I have Celiac Disease 100% ,
Heres my story (You can stop reading if you don't want to hear it ;w;)
So around my ages of 0-5 my parents had not known that I had gotten celiac disease from my father, so they fed me gluten for almost 5 years, I threw up everyday and had to get so many blood tests, I was completely weak.
Eventually they found out and it took me so long to recover, since that I was always able to tell if something had wheat.
It gave me a sense if something was gluten just by being around it or touching it, so I knew what I couldn't and could eat.
So for anybody else out there who has Celiac disease, just know you're not alone UwO
I'm 12, i've been suffering from it for years so if you'd like to talk, i'm here and i'm free UwU

I have no symptoms of Celiac disease but my doctors said I have a 99.99% percent chance of having it and I need to go on a gluten free diet
